I have been dealing with the Sound Gear team for about 5 years now and I always find them to be super helpful and just deliver on products sales, support and service. Whenever I am in a jam with a show I give Tina a call and we get it sorted. Nothing is too much trouble. So grateful, I highly recommend them to any professional or amateurs out there looking for solid support and excellent service for your audio needs.
Just to repeat what everyone else is saying : Customer service and online assistance : GREAT. Prices very reasonable. Delivery : UNBELIEVABLE. They almost rival Amazon next day delivery. Could not be happier. They will always be my first port of call for audio equipment.
