Doing there Job – Tamalii Nicholas is doing a great as our New Strata Manager under the circumstances we have she is very Professional and has Plenty of Knowledge

most unprofessional, rude, arrogant, horrible people I have EVER come across is southern Cross strata – most unprofessional, rude, arrogant, horrible people I have EVER come across are [Name Removed] and her staff. They are notorious for STEALING everybody’s money and not paying tradesmen. Biggest [Content Removed].

Never use this strata company – I’ve had water coming from common property leaking into my newly renovated apartment, which has caused significant damage. 10 weeks later, the strata manager STILL will not answer my calls or phone me back and has not booked a time to have the issue resolved. Completely unprofessional.

Cold Hearted Greedy People – Avoid the known problems of people ignore/turn the other way. When need their help they become invisible. Heartless individuals who work at Southern Cross management. They are not there to help people

Giving them Chance – Southern Cross are under New Management and are trying to sort out problems from our complex that were left by the previous management they are doing there jobs. Poeple who buy into Strata should read the By-Laws and Respect them. I am giving them a chance we shall see what happens.

Dishonest, rude, unhelpful – Wow, was a horrible place to have dealings with. Was met with a dishonest, rude, and defensive attitude by Gemma from the repairs team. Was quick to anger and did not provide any help whilst the building was flooding. Completely dismissed the damages due to water leaking. Have now had to contact Fair Trading and report.

Stay far away from this strata – new management...new strata... yet absolute no improvement. Money stealers yes liars yes rude yes unprofessional yes!!! sufficient information or did any of my queries get answered but just heard excuses and my phone call got put down at their end . Rude and unexpected right ? I had a right as a client to be frustrated when their staff are not professional and no matter what the circumstances are , it should be dealt with PROFESSIONALLY ! Common sense right ? Kathryn was unreasonable with her tone and speech. If I could list all of what was said I would . But a few which I cannot get out of my head was when she said “she’s not risking her license to follow up strata fees” Ummm it’s your job . Then she said “it’s equivalent to making someone sell their house which she can’t do “ I never told her to sell someone’s house but to be chasing starta fees which is owe to them . She’s out of context . Also, she has a blunt behaviour towards clients . True or not true , clients should not be told “ as an owner you should bare the burden of other owners? Out of context AGAIN!!! Then she said “ levies will need to increase if there are insufficient funds to maintain the property !” Well guess what !!! They aren’t getting another cent more !!!! Increasing levies is not going to solve the problem . Told her she needs to be chasing 4 units who owes them 1 year to be covering the expenses rather than asking for those who have been following their obligations for more money . And they wonder why they have poor ratings out of 5 stars . I’m just gonna add to the list as it’s intolerable . I swear . This is the first bad review I ever wrote online in my life . I wouldn’t be surprised if Southern Cross Strata Management went into insolvency as they let one year of fees just slide for some owners and they don’t even account for the other owners who are doing the right thing to not be affected. Just waiting for contact to be over and move on . Fingers crossed i don’t have to deal with them much longer.... Wishing anyone in similar experiences best of luck !

BEWARE!!! – Beware of this strata company. Rated 3 out of 10 worst strata companies in Australia. Staff and owner are very rude and hard to deal with. They will not help you with any issues and will not respond to any concerns. Things will take them weeks to even look at. Please stay clear of this strata company it will be the biggest mistake you have ever made. The rating says it all.

If i could rate any less then one star i would – On Two separate occasions Southern Cross "Strata" have refused to help in repairs to the unit. They blame the Tenant right away. All most impossible to get in contact with and when you do they are extremely rude. Be Careful With This One Man Band Manipulator – As a unit owner at Liverpool and my negative experience, I'm strongly advising you NOT to deal with this one man band. [name removed] is the biggest liar, manipulator, abuser etc. Never answer the phone, no reply the emails. All over the place, mess, mess... Please avoid him and his strata company. Southern cross is ok – Southern Cross strata managed my unit when i lived in Sydney. Sometimes a little slow to get things done due to rapid expansion however I have no no doubt of the honesty and integrity of the gentleman who runs this company. He is definitely trustworthy and honest regards Cowboy.

Atrocious – As tenant for southern cross strata and the way that [name removed] talks to her clients is disgraceful. Every time I call she hangs up on me and she has now told me not to talk back ever again

A terrible and dishonest strata company – We are cleaning contractors and currently have half a years worth of invoices unpaid by Southern Cross Strata Management. They refuse to pay the last six months of bills that were owed to us and now have forced us to take legal action. They stopped replying to calls, emails and other forms of mediation. avoid dealing with this unpleasant mob, we have been in the industry for 20 years but the strata companies seem to be getting worse and worse.

STAY CLEAR!!!! – Stay well clear. Moved our strata over thinking it was the better thing & regretting it BIG time. Unless you are buddy buddy with the owner you dont get a word or a say. We were convinced to lower our levies & told we would be ok but 8 months later & we have no sinking fund left & are up for a massive special levy. Owner is unhelpful & takes 10% of any invoice paid without us being told. STAY WELL CLEAR!!
