Whatever is on there menu is absolutely rubbish....The souvlaki is like chewing on rubber.....I wouldn't be surprised if the meat is a few days old in which they re-cook, and same with all there ingredients......Absolutely fnnnn Disgusting......

They send out voucher claiming 2 for 1 deal and $5 off deal and even free souvlaki deal. But when u scan the voucher at the store they will tell u either it dont exist or its for limited items! The marketing teams and customer service are criminals sending out fake ads and this is illegal!

Takeaway from Heidelberg store. Pathetic. Skin was still on chicken and the mixed plate it came on was appalling. Never eat here it is atrocious. Service poor, took forever to order a few items. Never to eat there again and I’ll be telling everyone to stay away. Souvlakis are small and pita is supermarket grade, Mr. pita brand. Meat was dry and tasteless. Authentically crap is all I can say.

Beware! Digital loyalty card may not work – The digital loyalty card that they provided doesn't work. I've been buying souvas from their Blackburn North shop for months and it doesn't add the points. Terrible souvlaki – The souvlaki gyros in Thornbury from the shop souvlaki gr was absolutely terrible, having a Greek background I know the good and the bad well, this was absolutely terrible, they should leave the charcoal burn well first and then cook the meat, they obviously don't have an idea of how it's done properly because the meat had a terrible smell of charcoal burn, paid more than 50 bucks for nothing.
