Excellent to the max – What can I say. Well I brought this as I had a habit of biting gums during the night (rather painful) totally solved the problem...what I didn't surprisingly know was it would actually get rid of my TMJ as well. Had it for over 40 years and now it's gone yippee yahoo.☺️

Great Thin Budget Night Time Grinding Guard – I grind my teeth pretty badly at night, bruxism I think it’s called. I have tried several different guards to stop this, including several hundred dollar custom moulded types to very cheap Amazon things, nothing was comfortable or fit nicely. This product is super slim, moulds very well with a quick soak in hot water and is the only thing I have work for a period of time without issue. Highly recommend. Note I think 60 degrees is the best temp, not 70 per the instructions
