No feature of this watch works except time – I got the watch from Spade and Co. I noticed that temperature, pulse, etc didn’t work. But that was ok because I only wanted to track steps. Then I noticed that it was counting steps when I was sitting doing nothing! I returned the watch but never got a refund. DO. NOT. WASTE. YOUR. MONEY. ON. THIS. WATCH!!!
Waste of time and money – Nothing but the time is accurate. It even quit counting steps. I've tried to get in touch service dept. to no avail. Automated system!! You have to pay out of your pocket for return shipping on defective items YOU receive - terrible service there as well. The customer service doesn't read your emails and instead provides copy and paste responses.
My original watcha arrived weeks after it was supposed to and I never receive email confirmation for an order number and tracking. I sent an email requesting and provided last four of card paid, date or purchase, email, address etc. The rep didn't read what was in Mt email and instead provided the incorrect order number. When I returned the watch, they now say they can't find my order. I've provided bank statement proof, email proof of their response back in February, etc. Let's just say good luck if you get CS rep Trish - she will not take care of you. I am now having to go through my bank to receive a refund. Almost two months of dealing with this - this brand is NOT worth your time, energy, and especially NOT your money!

Gave them a chance – After reviewing some reviews and information about their product, I decided to buy one. How disappointing! The watch keeps time. That is the how they get a 2 star. The watch and the app do not work well together, the blood pressure portion isn't even close, the watch stopped giving notices of calls and texts day 2 and the charger has to be put in just the right spot or it won't charge. The response I received was "While we would like to send you a replacement, we are unable to because as mentioned in our Return Policy, refunds and replacements can only be approved if requests are received within 30 days of receiving your order." I was offered a $15 credit on a new purchase, seriously, why would I purchase another item and waste more money. I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing this piece of CRAP. It certainly looks like a scam to me considering your purchase is worthless after 30 days! This is a terrible company with a horrible policy. The customer service team are stuck on the phrase "it's beyond 30 days refund policy", they are unable to assist. Only assistance they can provide is "to get sucked further into their scam by offering a $15 credit to purchase another crappy product" with nil warranty past 30 days of delivery.
Didnt last 3 months – First the temp sensor started saying I was running 106 temp, then the battery wouldnt last more than an hour or so from full charge. Just a few months old. Tells time accurately but that's it! – The watch is a great value with regard to smartwatchs. It's easy to get it going and the app syncing works. in a different country and I can't change it. The blood pressure, temperature, sleep and step functions simply do not work with any accuracy. Maybe the oxygen meter works??? I don't know. I'm saddened by this because I have several health problems that I'd like to keep an eye on. This watch isn't going to work.
Terrible Watch, Terrible Company to deal with – I purchased my SmartWatch 2 from Spade & Co in Sept 2022. From the start, the health monitoring readings from the watch were not accurate. I have a heart condition and needed an accurate device to help me monitor my health. I might as well flushed the money down the drain. Company wont respond to emails, wont answer the phone. me resolve this. I asked if they could have someone call me to help with the issue. I asked to have a manager contact me. The last thing I asked was that I be allowed to return the watch for a repair. The customer support seem to not be able to get beyond the first line of my email. The only response I get is...I am beyond the 30 day return policy. They did offer a $15.00 discount on a new purchase, which I will not do since I purchased two watches and both stopped working after about three months. This is a horrible company with horrible customer service. I cannot even give them 1-star.

Does not work – 65 years old. Need a Blood pressure watch. The reviews stated it was right on when customers matched it with there BP machine. I took my BP 6 times per day. a few marks off that would be acceptable. I put the watch on 3 other person's. All with not even a close match. Here is where it gets fun. I emailed for an address to return the item. I figured they could test it, repair or replace it??? No they want me to video the 4 persons. Which I tried to do. I am not tech savvy. They again refused to send me an address to return the item. I canceled my credit card transaction.

Waste of money – I would NOT buy from Spade and Company! My smart watch will not hold a charge for 8 hours and it's 2 months old. They offered $15 as compensation. Horrible watch. Completely worthless – The app just doesn't work. Impossible to create account and log in. It does not use location for weather, so my weather is totally off. NOT accurate nor dependable. No communication with company possible – This watch is useless except to tell time. I compared blood pressure and heart rate with my medical equipment and it was not even in the ball park. The watch showed a heart rate of 75 but my heart monitoring equipment read 36! I paid with PayPal and was not able to review the purchase again until it was complete and I realized I had paid for the watch, the bundle, as well as the extra band and screen protectors...so now I have a whole pile of garbage.. It arrived quickly and I was very excited after seeing other reviews. I charged it fully, downloaded the app got all the settings changed to my preferences and went for a run. The watch does not have internal GPS which means it uses your cell phone for location....which means your cell phone is draining quickly. The app runs in the background of your phone at all times which also drains your battery. The watch face is off unless you vigorously raise your hand up and then it lights up so you can see the time and your stats momentarily. The watch features seem to be accurate...however the battery life lasted one day and then the watch would not recharge... I tried both of the chargers that I had purchased and it just won't charge. So now I have a piece of garbage and when I contacted them about returning it they informed me that that the return policy states the product must be unused and therefore I cannot return for a full refund. This product is garbage and I would not recommend it to anyone. Customer service was responsive at first but once I sent in the requested video of the watch not charging they have not responded again. This company is a joke and the watch is garbage. Save your money.

refund. I got the to units about 10 days later. I only activated one and started using it immediately. The swipe screen was very cumbersome to maneuver but I lived with it. I'm sure the heart monitor was very inaccurate. It was tossing my heart rate from low seventies to over a hundred with no activity. I'm not sure is the blood pressure was accurate either. Seemed pretty high for my normal history. Anyway after a couple weeks, the screen went half black, it was fully charger when this happened. Then when I tried to reset it it went all black and lost Bluetooth connection with my smart phone. I tried everything to revive it but no success. I emailed the company and they asked me to send a video of me charging it and show the screen. I did and that was two days ago and no reply. I'm within my 30 days with barely a few days left for a return. I plan on cancelling my AMEX charge which I used to purchase. I have all the e-mail correspondence to back my claim. So stay away from Spade & CO
You get what you pay for! – I noticed immediately that the accuracy of the health information runs a preset. My BP is nowhere near 140/80.Yet,that seems to be the only reading it gives. response was its a beta version and BP numbers are off around 10 points... Mine was off by 25-30 points. I had to charge my watch once a day... It doesn't ever go near to their claim of only having to charge once a month. I get 8000 steps in a day. It records every step while I am lying down. The only thing this watch is good for is spamming notifications. They offered a refund but I had to pay for shipping. I'm elderly, housebound and don't drive...(which I told them.) They misrepresented their product. And for that reason alone, they should step up and make it right. Unfornately, on top of all that... It's already broken after a month. Don't waste your time or money.
