sending a photo back to the seller through email I was denied that there was a fault with the item and was responded to in a rude, unprofessional manner basically telling me to put up with the item. I asked to get a new one sent out however they didn't agree with this. About 12 emails after back and fourth for a $45 item they were denying that there was a problem and that all of their items are checked before sending them. Now im stuck with an item that I cannot use and will have to go elsewhere. Very unsatisfied and will no be using them again. Not worth even 1 star.
Ordered a part and never recieved it and now they won't return messages. Very poor customer service, dishonest and now lm out of pocket and have to reorder another from somewhere else. I will now only buy what l can physically pick up. No more Ebay for me.

the quantities they state they have. “Almost gone” on eBay means nothing, they have an almost infinite supply, it’s just a deceptive sales tactic. I am very surprised a company would be so desperate for dollars over such a small transaction. I guess big business wins over the little guy. Buy from this seller with caution.
Stay away from this supplier – I needed to buy 2 x Radiator overflow header tanks for HQ holden. fitted to engines in a boat. They then blocked me on eBay so they are either not confident of their product quality or as others have observed, absolutely abysmal at customer service. The excuse "You are not fitting the product to a motor car".
Rubbish product – Bought a set of overriders for almost $500. They are absolutely rubbish and poorly made. The studs are held by 2 mm of rubber and pull out. I contacted sparescity and no reply. They delete any feedback you provide on Facebook and don’t reply to emails. Absolute cowards who won’t discuss the issue. Do yourself a favour, avoid buying anything from them to avoid disappointment.
Refunded money next day no excuses why – Purchased 2 eh premier badges directly on their website. Next day refunded no reason why no reason offered. Judging by seller PayPal name not Australian seller. Stay away from this website and eBay seller. Just go away and let people deal with genuine sellers.
Rubbish parts – This company sells products that are terrible quality then won't except responsibility even after seeing photos of how bad they are! BEWARE
They will price gouge you for using Ebay – They sent me an update on my eBay order with a link to their website where I found the item half the cost of eBay store. I contacted them about it and their reply was that they can charge what they see fit. service either I have since checked other sellers and their websites are similar with eBay store The lesson here would be give Companies like this one and eBay the flick for more reputable sellers I will certainly advise any one I know to buy else where

Not genuine. No answer call no return emails. Do not buy from here – Vz Monaro tail lights. Scratchiest. Not genuine. No help. No email back I’ve sent over 100. But quick to take yo money please don’t buy from here terrible. Company. Disappointed

Very poor customer service – Sparescity supplies automotive parts via an online storefront, they also operate through ebay. Although they receive a positive ebay rating, their customer service is abysmal. tends to concur that this is a major weak spot. Anyway, factor this in when you deal with them - once you have purchased, you are on your own, believe me.
