I will be looking into another one. I'm rather sad because I otherwise love Spectra. Their delivery is next level, which is so amazing for the mum dealing with feeding issues!
Didn't work for me at all – This is my first and only manual pump so I don't have a good basis for comparison. I bought this as a portable solution and it failed. I could barely extract 20mls of milk with it in 30mins total across two breasts, when an electric pump (even the portable 9+) got at least 40. The handle is sticky, I'm not sure if it's a flaw or feature but I have to keep pulling it back after pressing down. Feels like it should snap back to be efficient. Also, the massager insert made the whole thing lose suction.
Operating the pump is also quite painful. I know all manual pumps are more rough/painful so this might just be me.
I love Spectra as a brand and their customer service has been excellent so far, however I can't recommend this particular product.
Not so handy – I just purchased this item after researching and reading the positive reviews on the Spectra website. Sadly, I did not have the same experience as most reviews posted. It came the day after I ordered it! Easy to use – I ordered my pump on a Tuesday morning and it was at my place Wednesday afternoon. I am about to go back to work one day a week, so I didn't need an electric pump and thought I would give the manual one a try. It is easy to use and works well. Fantastic pump at a very affordable price! – I ordered this pump and it arrived very quickly! I have never owned a pump before and I was very impressed at how easy it was to pump. This is the perfect pump for occasional use as it is super lightweight and your wrist does not get tired! very handy! – I don't need to express regularly, just enough for some breast milk iceblocks for teething gums, and a bit 'just incase' and I had heard good things about Spectra. It is great and is a great price and was delivered very quickly. When I contacted spectra with a question they replied immediately even though it was a Friday night!

Just by the time I was doing research, I found Spectra, the brand I have never heard of, they have got a very good deal, as far as I remember, $55 a manual pump plus 30 free storage bags, and first time was free shipping. Then I went for it. And turned out that I have made a very right choice. The customer service is super friendly and efficient, the order status is updated very fast, you will receive all the emails regarding to what you have done with the order which makes you don't have to worry about anything, and the delivery is super fast as well, was just a very pleseant online shopping experience. The product is very easy to assemble and use. It pumps efficiently especially when ur baby is sucking one side and u do pumping on the other side! Good price! Nothing
