I was disappointed that my company name was recorded incorrectly during my initial phone call with Spintel, however when I raised the issue Juan from Spintel rectified the problem in a professional and helpful way.

Helpful customer service – Grace was a wonderful customer service representative and was extremely helpful. Truly appreciate her help today.
Happy – Rhea was fantastic straight to the point and no mucking around. I had to repeat myself a few times to the lady previous but Rhea really helped.
Voip query – Need voip sip password. Rhea replied with answer within a minute or so and problem solved.
Online chat support – Mary was polite and efficient. No problem getting the job done.
Terrible WORST SERVICE EVER! – You wait on line for an operator, get told 15minute wait time, 40minutes later still waiting.. all to check on a bill that was meant to be $20 but is $130!!!! Scammers!!!
I can vouch for having a similar bad experience dealing with Spintel customer service to this day – Trying to get customer service to help in the matter of getting my phone to work as no incoming or outgoing calls are working with Spintel. they'll transfer you and just leave you waiting. I waited over an hour, that's what happened to me..I wanted over an hour trying to get responses and only because they finish their shift did the customer service rep bother to come back to say that the complaints officers have finished for the day. So really I don't believe that Spintel follows through with whatever they say. Another rep apologises for the other rep for not informing me but still does the same thing leaving me waiting with no responses. My phone service is still down and they can't even fix the issue without me having to try to complain. It's useless.
One star is too good for these imbeciles – If you try to port a number out of spintel to go to another carrier, GOOD LUCK! Save yourself the hassle and give your business to another phone company, ANY other phone company. Imbeciles cancelled my business landline number so the new carrier couldn't port it over and proceeded to lie to me for weeks about its progress (this is ongoing to… Read more

Called them every day for 3 weeks so far, only to be met with lies about why the service had been cut (and wow were there many), every day a new story was recited to me, and every day given the standard "I'm sorry ma'am I'll have someone call you back to rectify", never receiving a call back.
The many poorly construed lies ranged from "we no longer own the number" to "the number is still active" or "the account no longer exists" or "this has been escalated to a higher department", just to name a few. Our business has suffered dramatically because of Spintel's incompetence, with customers and suppliers not being able to get in touch with us causing frustration and delays on both parts. Then, to add insult to injury, they had the nerve to BILL US for the period when the line was cancelled and completely inactive!!!! They also had the audacity to suggest we pay more money to have the line diverted to fix the issue when the issue was caused solely by this company and their shoddy tactics.
I have never in my life had such a pathetic experience with any business. Outrageous and an absolute disgrace. You should be ashamed of yourselves and I hope that no one else has to go through the stress you have caused both directly to myself and to our business. Happily swapping over to Optus as I type this review.
