As a small company, don't try to deal with the large players where you are just a number (and a source of revenue), Maxotel actually works with you to achieve results.

I highly recommend Maxotel. As mentioned, I have been working with them for just over a year and find them fantastic, and you will to!

Awesome – After sales service is the most important aspect of any purchase for me and Maxotel’s after sales service is brilliant. If I am having any problems understanding anything, I phone and they answer immediately, even outside normal work hours. Maxo support and performance is excellent – I have been working with Maxo for 5 years. There have only been a couple of technical issues that were dealt with promptly in that time. The backend platform is good for dealing with client accounts and rates are competitive. Support is prompt and effective.

4) the customer online portal is easy to navigate and control my service 5) most important of all, the extremely reliable performance ...it all adds up to a feature rich and trustworthy service.

In fact, I think so highly of them that I convinced my employer to transfer all the phones to Maxo just this week as well, with added PBX functionality which we never got from our previous (and considerably more expensive) Lync provider.

Honestly, I couldn't be happier with these guys. If ever Maxo provided other services that I needed outside of the VoIP realm, based on their customer service and security alone, Maxo would be the first company I'd consider.

in the base pricing tier, and the feature list is extensive.

You can always tell a high-quality provider by their level of transparency, quality of support and active development of the product.

I can say that 1. Every time there has been an outage (which have been very few and far between), we are clearly kept up to date with timeframes and affected products via an easy to use status page. 2. Support calls are answered in lightning fast time, such a huge difference from almost all other providers in the industry. 3. Updates, improvements and roadmaps are clearly identified, features are innovated and released on a bi-weekly basis. The feature request forum is an excellent resource where you may request new features to be added, and they actually get implemented! (depending on the popularity of course).

Maxo have offered many clients COVID relief credits which have been a lifesaver for us and many of our clients and partners. I have also made some mistakes with our account in the past, and maxo has assisted me and refunded where required without question.

I could not recommend another product more than Maxo. I wouldn't look anywhere else.

Fantastic call quality and reliable service bundled with affordable pricing and an online customer portal literally like no other. Better yet, no unnecessary long term contracts. We regular get asked about who we use for our phones and have always recommended Maxo. The team are incredibly helpful and truly unlike any other Telecommunications company I have ever dealt with, can't recommend them enough!

Wouldn't use any other provider! – We have been using Maxo for over a year to great success. Our phone costs are half that of our previous provider, we have had almost zero technical issues and their support staff are not only first rate but they always answer the phone extremely quickly. the system. We can even login to the portal to change settings on the fly rather than incurring costs and delays waiting for a technician to reconfigure things!

We have also been very appreciative of the account credits that Maxotel have given us to help us manage our business through the COVID pandemic.

Having used other Fixed line and Virtual PBX systems previously I would highly recommend Maxotel to any business looking for a reliable, feature-rich phone system that can grow with them.

Maxo cancel my account w/o notification and then refuse to refund my account upon request – Maxo cancel my pre-paid, PAYG account. Not only Maxo did not send any up front notice (a monthly invoice is always send). They even refuse to refund the prepaid account balance back to me upon contact (violates its own refund policy ---- see attached images below).
