do not go near this company
They promised the world and still have not delivered anything, the equipment will not plug in, the payout of my account has not been done, had to get telstra to connect another line and get my phones working again as i was 3 weeks without phones and internet. I have asked for them to take there stuff back and cancel the contract as they have not provided any service. Have contacted ombudsmen. They will review this and tell me to contact them or some other rubbish as with all the other complaints. Talk to the ombudsmen they are fully aware of th...

Internet was down this morning, I called Adam at Trikon tech support and within a few minutes he diagnosed and fixed the problem..

Trikon’s excellent service
Chris was very helpful and fixed our issues with nbn drop outs by providing hybrid 4g backup modem and tested all phone systems to make sure they switched over each time there was a dropout…. Recommended Trikon to anyone!

Read more You did not allowed Trikon to install the phones even after scheduling a technician on multiple occasions. Trikon has contacted you via emails (that were not even responded by you) and hence you should find the emails on your registered email address with us as you barely answer our calls. You have raised the same issues with TIO (October 2021) and we recently got a recommended outcome (June 2022) on the same, this indicates Trikon legitimacy and efforts in getting your service/equipment connected and your unwillingness to allow Trikon to fulfil the contractual responsibilities. We request you to not to write a review which is not genuine or having intentions to misguide other customers. TIO also provided an outcome that shows you were not being reasonable with Trikon when we were trying to follow the process to get your service and equipment connected. Once again please find below TIO case officer's response to your complaint: Recommended Outcome In my view, Trikon's offer is a fair and reasonable to the complaint. This is because: * Trikon is not liable for a delay connecting Ms Scheu's service * Trikon is entitled to seek a payment for Early Termination Charges(ETCs) and modem, * Trikon's offer to reduce Ms Scheu's ETCs from XXXX to XXXX is reasonable, and * I can only consider Trikon's conduct Your review is just to defame our business however we are happy to work around.
