Another day another saga with these [Content Removed]s they call Trikon. Send in a billing enquiry as my bill come in higher than quoted. The billing team asked me for a copy of the contract!! ( HELLO ) [Content Removed] This [Content Removed] is an insult to the [Content Removed] industry.....

Do Yourself a service - Just Don't! – This is the most depressing and frustrating telco I have ever unfortunately had to deal with. I got enticed to take up this mob by a local rep who assured me he would make it his job to be our immediate support. We have had no end of tech issues, and he is a lost boy. Landlines and Internet constantly down and out of service. Very poor internet… Read more

connection and the bills for it all just keep coming. Do your self a favour if you don't live in downtown CBD with high speed NBN - don't use this mob.

No Support – Swapped to Trikon about a year ago, internet is shocking, frequent drop outs and Trikon offer no resolution, worst decision I've made. Call center/Tech support only open Monday to Friday so when the internet drops out on the weekend I cant call until Monday morning. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company

had a good experience with Trikon, with David and Nish, They set up our cloud based PBX Phone System, Very helpful and was able to maintain similar system as to old method of answering and transferring calls. Trikon went out of their way to assist us with a situation where we had to close our office and cancel our internet subscription even though we still had 12 months to go. We had been with trikon for a few years but had a lot of technical trouble lately. After 3 weeks of no service and roughly 25 phone calls to remedy the situation , we decided to swap providers. The customer service person Aarya was helpful and helped us to disconnect and do the final settlement

Very professional support service – Had no internet when I arrived at work this morning. Did the usual reboot of NBN and modem but did not fix. Rang Support and spoke with Sky. He led me through several steps including ipconfig and upon releasing and renewing IP, the internet appeared. Thank you for your excellent service Sky Show reply

Very Helpful – We use Trikon for both internet and business phone. We find their service reliable as is their technical backup service. We recently moved premises and Aarya was invaluable in reducing downtime and getting us back to “Open-for-Business” at our new address. Show reply
