Don't trust any of the below AI Written fake reviews. The company is a scam! Will sign you up in a small business UNLIMITED plan. They will continue to bill you normally for the plan. And, then 18 month later, will call you to tell you have gone over the calls limit and you are no longer a small business. So you have to back pay thousands of… Read more

minutes going back 18 months... Hahaha! Of course completely illegal, but they will try to make it sound like it is legit. When you ask what the definition of a small business is, they can't tell you nor you can find it in their terms and conditions. Of course we sent them to kick sand and changed to another provider. They will also tell you it is your responsibility to keep an eye on the usage, but the plan was unlimited? Haha. Scammers!

Just spoke with Simon. I applied for a number a week ago but didn't finish application, didn't realise it was a browser issue. Phoned and spoke to Simon, got the 1300 number all sorted on the phone and his service was excellent. Really helpful. Very pleased with the service and communication both on the day and after. Highly recommend.

Kristen provided a great overview of core services and functions which we may use in the future. The platform is exactly what we need, and I can see there is an ongoing product roadmap of functions.
