Painful assembly! – The package had missing wrench so we had try a few in our tool box to find the one that fit and instructions were not accurate even though there was an app + written booklet. slots unless you are a body builder. We have only been using for a few weeks and kids enjoy it but not sure it will stand the test of time. Assembly just ruined ruined our whole experience of it.
Great trampoline, terrible after sales service – We bought the trampoline for the kids for Christmas and once we installed it realised we didn't need the additional step. Emailed on Boxing Day 1 day after installation and had no response for 5 days, followed up and then spoke to a rude consultant who said because it's after 30 days too bad so sad sell it on Facebook? time and as a parent you don't want to leave things to the last minute and miss out on supply so now you are being penalised to return an item after Christmas because it's just outside 30 days!? Extremely disappointing after receiving such great service to take your money in the first place
Interestingly I provided this feedback on their website but they seem to only publish 4 and 5 star reviews, misleading consumers into thinking everyone is satisfied.

capacity. I thought this was great and I would be able to jump with my children. I paid for it all and to have it installed on Xmas eve which was fantastic. Nothing was ever mentioned on the phone to me and I specifically asked about jumping with my children. Whilst chatting to the installer he said jumper weight was 80kg. My heart sank. He said I could sit on it but technically can’t jump because I’m above 80kg. I then searched the website for this info and finally found it in FAQ’s- very hard to find. This information about jumper weight was not available in any of the trampoline descriptions or more information only the total load capacity. The website is misleading and this really made me angry when I saved all year for this trampoline and spent over $2000. My sister also bought one and her jumper weight is 100kg. It’s really sad the website and the sales representative was this misleading and now I feel I can’t jump with my kids in fear it will break. My son loves it and has a blast and I’m sure my daughter will but $2000 for something I technically shouldn’t be using is really upsetting. If this information was available when I was searching each size I would of gone a bigger one to feel more secure with jumping. But then I guess if they had the jumper weight available they would never sell trampolines.

Good quality trampoline – Trampoline is great, good quality and fast delivery, nice look too and not too bulky. Fits well in a small backyard. Only disappointing thing was that it doesn’t come with a ladder, you need to pay extra didn’t realise this and it was the kids Santa present and they had trouble getting on and off the trampoline at Christmas. Springfree getting even better – Very happy with the trampoline. The assembly instructions with colour coding was much easier to assemble compared to the Springfree that we assembled 20 years ago. Love the sun cover and the ladder. Show reply

Grandkids never want to leave – Bought this to keep the grandkids( 3,5 and 10) outside and away from screens on visits. They love it and don’t want to get off ,even when it is dark and cold. it was rated safest by choice, and no one has time for hospital trips on a holiday. I can see it getting endless use as the weather warms up and the days get longer. The Springfree trampoline will save my sanity when they are all in the house. As there was an issue in submitting my on line purchase I rang the customer assist line and they were friendly, and helpful with all my enquires.
Kids love it! – The trampoline is great, exactly what it says on the box (or boxes as is the case). Construction was as described and quite straight forward. The only downside is trying to mow under it. It is too low to get any kind of mower under. We also got the ground anchors to peg it in to the ground so it didn't blow away. It gets windy where we are.

Perfect size, safe and easy to set up for my 2 & 4 yo – We chose this trampoline because of its safety rating with the kids being so little. We absolutely love it! They jump for hours to burn energy and even request morning tea be delivered to the trampoline.
