Amazing trampoline that is so durable and a great warranty and very affordable.
We bought a replacement safety screen as old zippers had failed. Instructions on BILT and website weren't accurate for older trampoline. Coloured marks all worn off frame. Took 3 people over 3 hours to get it right.
Purchased in at Springfree Trampoline Australia.

Very poor after sales service to deal with defective product – Very poor after sales service. Months after purchasing with all the trimmings and full install, warranty issue arises with zip failure. Takes two and a half months at least ("from" date not "fix" date given) and multiple phone calls for the company to deal with it. Also contrary to assurances in initial discussions.
Thank you for your feedback Bryan. Whilst we understand your frustration, as advised, we are waiting on the parts to arrive in our warehouse so that we can provide this to you. We have the order in our system and will be in touch once we can get this booked in for you. The Springfree Trampoline Team
