managed to get the first 37 rods into place on our own, but it took four adults and two weekends to finish off the last three.

The installation instructions provide blithely helpful hints about hand position and body posture, but fail to advise that this is really a job best suited to a machine not the human body. We followed the instructions to the letter, downloaded the app and played it front and back and front again, wore knee pads and builder’s gloves, but our backs are still on fire and hands are covered in blisters. Such weekend misery as we have never known.

After reading the other reviews here I feel incredibly stupid though, because it seems that most people have their trampolines installed rather than doing it themselves, which is exactly what we should have done. We did consider packing it in at rod #37 and calling in the professionals, but balked at the $400 callout fee and multi-week wait time (it’s usually a mere $270, the extra cost was because they were going to undo our hard work first before starting from scratch).

So we knuckled under, called in the extra help in the form of my brother and sister-in-law, and got the job done. It was painful and unpleasant, but I’m so happy to say, done. The trampoline looks good and the kids are stoked.

My lasting impression is this: Springfree make a good trampoline but desperately need to update their instruction booklet to include links to recommended installers. Or at the very least some more accurate wording about the true physical nature of installation.

Do not, whatever you do, install this trampoline on your own.

Christmas and they love it. The quality is excellent, there's no springs, no hard edges, we can zip them in, they cant fall out and the exterior net is soft when they bounce off it, the only thing we have done is put a snap lock on the two zippers as the 18 month old likes to play with the zip and undo it so the snap lock stops him doing that whilst they are using it. We also purchased the sun cover and it works very well to keep the sun off them and it was easy to install and good quality. From the initial purchase online, to us setting up the trampoline, the customer service, communication, delivery (receiving text messages saying the delivery was 15 minutes away) and self installation process has been excellent. Being able to watch the installation video off the BILT app was very easy to use and extremely helpful. Our grandkids are outside, jumping and having so much fun and we know that they are as safe as they can be, money very well spent.

The whole family loves it – A birthday present for my 3yrs old. She loves it and a great way to burn off energy at the end of the day. And the older cousins (6-12) have all had a bounce on it and loved it. Not too small for the bigger kids and great size for the little ones. My husband and I have had a bounce too.

I bought this brand because it was the only one that passed all the safety standards in Australia, from what I could find in my research. And I wanted the safest for my daughter so I could relax while she enjoyed the fun.

You can tell it is made out of the best materials as it is a sturdy structure and looks nice too. Perfect size, that doesn’t take up too much lawn space!

My daughters will enjoy this gift for many years to come. Worth the extra money for something that lasts and is safe.

Smart jumping for kids – The kids love this trampoline. Although compact, it is plenty big enough for a great jumping session. The nets provide peace of mind for parents. The trampoline was purchased some years ago I was simply replacing five bent rods – - Primary and teenage school children - One child at a time - The trampoline is unusable and unsafe with bent rods I ordered the parts in mid-November 2021 which was then followed by an estimate. phone call to ask when I would receive my order. Weeks later I received a sales order. I finally received the parts on Feb 21, 2022.

Dealing with Springfree admin and sales service was frustrating to say the least. The whole process was inefficient took way too long.

In the meantime, Springfree was spamming me on a weekly basis with email ads etc. This is annoying. Please STOP!

My TIP: Springfree should put as much or more effort into sales and service as they do in online promotions.

Don't buy the accessories – Don't buy Springfree trampoline accessories unless you want to waste your money! We bought a sunshade apparently designed for our trampoline model but it is significantly smaller than the trampoline and does not provide the sun protection needed. Excellent service – The trampoline has lasted a very long period of time. It is great there are spare parts as this is better for the environment than buying a complete new trampoline. Was a challenge dismantling the tramp and re-assembling for its relocation – The frame needed some repairs to remove rust, with angle grinder, primer and paint required 8 out of the 40 plastic mat pockets broke during dis-assembly and re-installation and a further 2 exploded on the first use. doubtful material selection, UV degradation and design weakness in the mat pocket design and manufacture remain unanswered, despite promises from spare parts sales person to investigate and come back to me Not impressed!

kids, 5 & 8 years, absolutely love it and the compact round is great for our small space. Also the quality & safety of the trampoline - I’m really impressed. I can see this being in our backyard for many years.

Great tramp – No issues whatsoever, springy, sage and reliable, I love it. I got mine second hand but the person I bought it off bought it new and had it for 11yrs before letting go of it
