Great quality trampoline. My 11yo and 8yo kids love it and have spent more time outside than ever before! Have had 4 kids on at the same time without issue; 3 x 11yo boys and an 8yo girl. Very fast delivery - within a few days. Minus one star due to assembly - took several hours for 2 very strong males to install. If you can afford to have it… Read more · 1
professionally installed, I would recommend you pay the extra. We also got the sunshade which was expensive for what it is. We have had one of the clips come loose, so I would recommend tightening them regularly.
Great Trampoline – Looks amazing, bounces amazing, kids love it, the net caught me when I was trying to relearn somersaults and made me feel confident enough to try, the hoop and ball are great. Haven’t tried the sunshade yet. Assembly went fairly smoothly given the alcohol consumption and 3 adults building in the dark with a phone light and a little headlamp on… Read more · 1
Christmas Eve. Took just under 3 hours which was what I was expecting but we struggled a little with the hoop and step at the end, otherwise would have been at least 1/2 hour quicker. BILT app and reading the instructions prior to starting really helped to understand what the next steps would be and to trust the process. Expensive but so far the quality and aesthetic seem fair. Very happy.
Perfect product – The large size is huge but perfect for our two kids to jump at the same time. They can play together or separately without worrying about bumping into each other. We had four small kids on it a few days ago and it was still perfect! They've fallen on to the sides and gotten straight up without being hurt. It's a fantastic product. Show details · 1
Got a new new - like getting a new trampoline. Such a good move – Got a new net after 4 years and the trampoline is like brand new. The accessories are a fantastic upgrade and excellent service. Kids are using it again like the first day. Show details · 1

--Update-- Terrible pre-sales service – ---Update--- - Someone higher up reached out and professionally resolved the issue and agreed to honour the deal - All this could have been avoided - Would recommend their managers be trained in customer etiquette and service rather than offer nonsensical and unsolicited advice Ill update this review on receipt and use of the trampoline. … Read more
--Original Review-- - Purchased a trampoline from "Toybuzz" one of a few authorised retailers and probably their biggest reseller. $1,899 for Large Oval Trampoline - Toybuzz cancels citing a "stock issue" then jacks up the price with item still available in stock - Springfree confirm they don't hold stock and it comes from them direct and theres no stock issue - Springfree will not honour the price, but will honour the new price only - so will only honour what they feel like honouring - Springfree then tell me to send a copy of the invoice - The smug representative, alarmingly a manager, compares how Springfree trampolines to how milk is sold at Coles - They made a big deal of it and decided not to do anything - Here, you have an unscrupulous re-seller and a company that really doesn't give a toss - Good product or not, when you have a problem expect an education followed by a comparison to how milk is sold Nice.

Great, safe trampoline! And it’s green! – We ordered the Large Oval Trampoline in green with a matching step at the end of November last year as a family Christmas present, while it was on sale with free delivery. It was primarily for our 5-year-old child, and for me too! We chose this product based on its excellent review from Choice, and the largest size we could fit in the space.… Read more · 1
Delivery was fine, with regular tracking updates. We started assembly just before Christmas and managed to keep it as a surprise until the big reveal. Things I noticed during assembly: * There were a few minor holes in the cartons where the frame had pushed through, and this had ground some paint off the edges of a few frame components. Some additional cardboard packing might have avoided this. * The plastic spanners supplied in the box are completely useless. They flex and skip over the nut before the bolt is anywhere near tight. Make sure you have some steel spanners on hand. * The instructions say not to use a power tool. Probably because it would be easy to overtighten and squish the tubes. I used one to help speed up the assembly but with a very low torque setting equivalent to hand tool tightening. * Several of the ball ends on the flex rods had significant flashing from the moulding process which required a bit of trimming with side cutters before sliding the coloured sleeve fully home and putting the rod into the frame. * When they say assembly of the flex rods to the mat takes two people, they really mean two large, strong people. We found it very difficult but came up with our own method where I guided the ball end into the socket from underneath.
We also ordered 2 "Ground Dogs Trampoline Storm Anchor Kits" from Outdoor Camping Disorder, so we had a total of 8 ground screws and brackets to secure it through the synthetic turf and underlying gravel layers into the ground. I used some self-adhesive felt on the inside of the brackets where they would rub against the trampoline frame. Apart from the screws being a left-hand thread, these were great, no concerns about the trampoline base lifting during high wind. Hopefully, the net frame can flex enough to survive.
I wasn't sure about the step, but I'm glad I got it, it's been really useful. We put a rubber mat on the pavers next to the step.
All in all, we are really happy with it and have had great fun on the trampoline so far. Our chid noticed the sign about under 6’s requiring supervision and so she’s scared to go on without us around, but given its safe design I would not be concerned if she did. Normally I end up on there with her, and there’s enough room for us to bounce at each end of the oval. It's great having a well-made, safe product, and in a lovely green colour!
Upgraded for safety but gained so much more – We’ve had our Springfree Trampoline for 5 months now and couldn’t be happier. Delivery was prompt and the trampoline itself was manageable to assemble with one adult, although it would have been easier with two. The size and shape of the trampoline fits in our space perfectly. I love how the oval size allows for more jumping space given the… Read more · 1
small and odd shaped area we could accommodate for it. We had to compromise on size with the previous trampoline we owned due to its circular shape. Our Springfree allows us to utilise more bouncing room and still have a functional section within our yard. It’s also very aesthetically pleasing with its streamlined design. This is particularly important to us as it lives in our front yard, and I’m a proud owner.
We have various ages amongst our children (ages 9, 7, 5, 3, and 1) and the trampoline caters for all with no problems. It still looks brand new in spite of its daily use by us and friends, and the many weather conditions it’s been subjected to. I am confident that this trampoline will last the duration of their childhoods and that is backed up with the security of the 10 year warranty.
My children enjoy using the trampoline to jump and run, they incorporate it into their imaginative play, laze in the sun while chatting to friends, reading or writing, play with toys and just add water from the hose for some summer fun. It’s multipurpose, but most of all so QUIET in terms of noise- you hear nothing, which is a relief. (Please note- you can still hear the kids, just not the trampoline itself ).
I’m assured that my children are safe while using the trampoline. Safety was a huge concern of mine and the main contributing factor behind us looking to upgrade from our old trampoline (different brand). I love that there are no springs to injure us, but also that the net is seamless with the base, meaning that children cannot walk around the outside frame. The price point is an investment and worth it if it is affordable for you.

Love this, such a great investment. Daily use and my 8yo just discovered he can practise his cricket skills on it. Great oval shape allows 2 kids to comfortably and safely bounce at the same time. Show details · 1
Me and my 14yr old daughter were able to assemble this trampoline together. My girls 2 through to 14 love this trampoline. I love no springs and the material of the net. Reccomend these trampolines. Show details · 1
Better than Vuly – I have had a Vuly which deteriorated after 6 years. The Springfree trampoline is far superior in quality and the oval size is great for tricks for older kids. Show details · 1

Great trampoline! Terrible assembly! – My initial score (after hours of trying to wrestle rods into place) was 1 star. Had someone assembled it for me (a service which is not available in my area), my score would have been 5 stars. The trampoline is excellent and my 3 year old absolutely loves it. However, the amount of force required to flex the rods into position is nothing short of… Read more
ridiculous. Getting your hand caught in one of the clips could cause a very serious injury. I would strongly recommend purchasing an assembly service… or choosing a different trampoline if assembly isn’t available in your area. Customer support tried contacting me when I posted my initial 1 star review (I missed their call), but no amount of customer support changes my opinion of the force required to flex the rods for assembly!

Great trampoline but need a better system to set up / take down – This is a great trampoline, helped get through lockdown with kids. The set up and take down needs to be improved as you need 2 people and can do serious damage to your hands trying to set it up and take it down as the "springs" require a huge amount of tension. One of the best purchases for the children ever made, though it took a little while to put together (Christmas eve) it has been used almost ever day over the last 13 months, great quality Show details · 1
Tough but possible to assemble solo. Solid materials. My kids 3-10 all love it, with a 10 year warranty on frame, mat, and net, I'm somewhat hoping my future grandkids can enjoy it too. Time will tell. Going strong a week in. Show details · 1
Grabbed a new basket ball as the prior met with an untimely interaction with your dog. Love the new layout of the store and the new products available! Will likely be back before Christmas! And of course kids adore their trampoline still- can spend hours on there! Great service and help again as we have to to expect from spring-free!! Show details · 1
The best trampoline but assembly is too hard – This is our second Large Oval trampoline (the first one finally reached the end of it's safe life after 8 years of very regular jumping!). The trampoline is amazing once assembled and in-place - it is big enough for older kids to enjoy and do tricks on (my son is 16 and still jumps on it multiple times a day) and the safety elements are second to… Read more · 1
none. However the assembly is very very very very difficult. I would like Springfree to offer options for professional assembly outside major cities. We are only 1/2 hour from the Gold Coast yet there was no-one available and my husband now has an injured back after struggling with the assembly.
Great trampoline! – Good quality and design which maximises the mat size for space consumed. Super fast delivery. Takes some time and effort to put together though. Show details · 1
Very happy! – Great trampoline. I was worried it wouldn’t be big enough but plenty of space for two kids to jump at either end due to its length. My girls are 5 and 8 and are loving practicing their cartwheels and handstands on it. Plenty of bounce. Show reply
Great fast service – We love our new trampoline. Safety is important to us and we choose this one as it is the top trampoline brand "recommended" by Choice. The service was amazing - the trampoline was delivered within a couple of days. We went for the assembly option and we were contacted within a day to organise a time in the next week to have it assembled. Show reply

Grandparents looking for a safe high quality trampoline for the grandkids? This is 100% the best choice! – After weeks of searching and choosing between available brands of trampolines in Australia, we chose to go with the Springfree Trampoline. this new experience and we feel great knowing their little bodies are developing in a safe and healthy way. I would recommend this trampoline as a 10 out of 10. What a beautiful piece of artwork and absolute joy! It even looks nice!
Great Family investment – We’ve had our trampoline for 8 years now and have just replaced our net and mat. The service we received was great and delivery was quick. Our children range from age 20 to 12 and we felt we still had years of use to make replacing the parts money well spent. I would definitely recommend Springfree trampolines to anyone looking for an investment to last their family years. Show details · 1
Many years of enjoyment! Worth the investment! – We inherited our Springfree trampoline and it has previously been very loved but still has so much life and many happy children to enjoy! We needed to order some replacement parts and the team have been so helpful and delivery was exceptionally quick, received 3 days after placing my order. Show details · 1

It’s a winner, kids love it! – We have had this wonderful trampoline for a little over a year and it is hands down the best thing we have ever bought for them! They shoot hoops (with the basketball accessory) and play with their friend on it all the time! It is so well made and strong so you feel safe when the kids are on it! Love it! Also suitable for a variety of ages, we will be enjoying it for many years to come! Show reply
Kids love it, one year into the jumping – It's been more than a year since purchase and the kids (6 and 4) continue to love it. Sometimes the parents have a go aswell. Still in bery good condition and no signs of wear from the elements. We have no concerns about safety and look forward to many more years of having fun. Show details · 1
Best addition to our backyard. We couldn't live without it! – We simply could not live without it - especially throughout the school holidays.
