Exceptional aftersales service – Springfree Trampolines need to be commended on their superior warranty and support. Firstly, the product itself is amazing. I cannot overrate how much our children love using it. Secondly, we have had the large square for 4 years now, it has been well looked after, however we had a problem with a zipper on the safety net. I was amazed when I was… Read more · 1
contacted by phone the same day I lodged an online warranty claim. The claims process was very smooth and the following day, the claim had been approved. Springfree are replacing the entire safety net. This is just exceptional service, you absolutely get what you pay for when buying a Springfree.
We’ve had our Springfree Large Square trampoline for several years now, and it’s been a constant favourite in our backyard. The build quality and bounce are excellent, and my kids absolutely love it. Recently, we had to replace both the net and the mat, which came at quite a high cost, but even so, I wouldn’t be without this trampoline. It’s one of those purchases that truly earns its place, year after year. Show details · 1
Springfree mat and enclosure replacement after more than ten years – After more than ten years in the open, subject to full sun with rain, hail and snow and the roaring forties, the stitching around the zip and webbing on the enclosure and on the mat was failing. Many many hours of safe enjoyment for 3 adult kids and 5 grandkids and friends now set to continue, hopefully for just as long or even longer. Mat and… Read more · 1
enclosure are not under warranty, so after some delay we purchased the new ones. Assembly/disassembly is not for the faint hearted, but follow instructions to the letter and watch many videos and animations, persistence pays off. The top edge of the enclosure is probably tighter than it needs to be, but straighten out any kinks twists and catches, and stretch it gently. I had to cut the old one. Pay attention to the anchoring! Amazing product, old frame, rods and anchors even circlips, are all still servicable and the whole thing looks new again. Very pleased, so far in total it has cost us just 67 cents per day and no injuries at all. If it last another 10 years, that will be just 33.5 cents per day. Money well spent, thank you Springfree.

Santa says thank you to Springfree Trampolines – If you're here, you already know that Springfree Trampolines are Australia's safest trampoline with an amazing range of sizes, shapes and accessories... what you may not know is how amazing the customer service is. They not only set it up for a reasonable fee, if you move, they come and dismantle and reassemble it! And in our case, they're coming… Read more · 1
back in December to help Santa assemble it. He's excited now, imagine how excited he'll be when it's assembled!
Love it. Kids use it every day – We love our spring free trampoline. It has been a school holiday hit. They kids (5 and 7 year olds) are on it everyday. And love creating games, playing basketball and just having fun. Show details · 1
Happy about the purchase – The kids love the trampoline. We got the bigger size that provided extra space for the kids to run around. Great addition to the party when they are guests over. Show details · 1

Can’t get the kids off it! Best Tramp Ever! – I have a 5 year old boy and a 7 year old girl and we chose a Springfree Trampoline because it’s the safest one on the market. A huge plus was also knowing that it comes with a 10 year warranty on ALL components. Other trampolines we have had in the past have not lasted so yes Springfree may be a little more expensive but you definitely get what… Read more · 1
you pay for!!. Both my kids are out jumping every single day. They both love how high they can bounce! My girl is a gymnast so is forever practicing all her gym moves and she finds the Springfree so much better than others she has bounced on in the past! As a parent I love that there are no springs meaning the kids don’t get their feet caught! There’s also no poles for them to bang into!! It’s such a strong and sturdy trampoline and the FlexiNet is strong too. If your after a Trampoline for your kids I couldn’t recommend the Springfree enough- I’m so impressed with it. Also we got it installed by them too so hubby wasn’t having to spend time putting it all together ! Was installed in under an hr!!

Faulty parts and expensive to replace them – This trampoline is great for the kids to jump and play but they just don’t last especially for how expensive they are. The original mat started getting holes around the edge where rod brackets dig in. This was replaced under warranty in 2015 but even through I paid for the initial installation had to pay to have faulty part installed as well. … Read more
Then a few years later same issue with holes around the mat over brackets, but more alarmingly a bracket completely snapped in half and rod popped out. Clearly a faulty part. Also zip had broken and holes in net around zip. It just does not seem to be up to the job of lots of play.
As we had bought it before they extended their warranty, was told would need to pay for replacement net and mat. Utterly appalled they don’t stand behind their product a bracket completely snapped in half is not general wear and tear it is a fault.
Considering they market themselves as being all about safety it was disappointing that such a failure of their product was not rectified.
Absolutely the best – The large square SpringFree trampoline is one of the best things we have given our kids. It has provided them so far with 5 years of fun and entertainment and it gets used EVERY SINGLE DAY, without fail. It was large enough when they are little for two or more of them at a time and is still large enough for one to have a really good bounce,… Read more · 1
expending energy that kids need to do. We bought the basketball hoop couple of years later and it’s been a great addition. We have relocated it twice and are about to replace the net as it tore around the zip area, it is still safe as my kids are older but I feel better when the younger ones arrive they that can zip it up and bounce safely, otherwise it is in great shape. Ordering parts was easy, but just a delay in delivery as it happened to be at peak time. We love our SpringFree trampoline and have now build a hard base for it to sit on as it’s going to be with us for a long time. The wheels are great for shifting it, but it’s much easier to not have to move it at all.

The best trampoline we have ever owned! – The Springfree is literally the best trampoline we have ever owned. We have had 3 trampolines including another well known brand and the Springfree hands down beats them all for quality and bounce! and strong and the bounce off the mat is strong and springy. I have 3 kids ranging from 13 to 7 and they all love it, the teen loves slam dunking the basketball hoop and the youngest loves jumping with her soft toys! Highly recommend.
Big, stylish and safe! – Absolutely love our new trampoline. It's the perfect size for our kids and backyard. Love that there are no springs and no poles in the safety net which can hurt the kids. It's nice and bouncy and the kids love spending time on it! Show details · 1

Good design, didn't last the distance – Great design for the kids / teens, but..... Lasted about 5 years before the safety net broke (which I fixed) then a few more until the mat split. Not under warranty any more, would have expected longer life for the top price we paid at purchase. Now they have a 10 year warranty which is much needed improvement, so seemed worthwhile to replace the… Read more
mat & net. So had to pay full price (no discount given) for the replacement net and mat on the belief that we'd now get 10 years out of them - Website says all products post 2017 are 10 year warranty. After purchase and fitting and then enquiring about replacement rods (some were cracking on the mat refit) we mentioned this in passing to be told that, no, replacement parts are only 2 years warranty. First we'd heard of it. Deceptive and misleading advertising. Very disappointing experience.

Heartbreak – EDIT: So I usually only give positive feedback as I'm a big believe of "If you have nothing nice to say then say nothing", But to hopefully save others from this, here it goes. Our not even 3 weeks old sunshade cover broke a clip last week. To say I am unimpressed at the lack of quality here is an understatement. Yes I understand that sometimes… Read more
these things just happen, but after someone has just spent over $3,000 on a product, no one expects it to be a POS. To add insult to injury, Springfree don't seem to allow people to do a claim over the phone (but are more then happy to take your money this way) and require claims to be completed online, needing all serial numbers plus photographs. At this point I am disgusting with their inattention to customer service and senseless waste of my time. Also to further make matters even worse, I am expected to somehow reach the cover myself to remove it (I paid extra for installation because I physically cannot do this) and await a new piece in the mail and also to replace this myself. Perhaps for other people this is not an issue but in my particular case I am not actually tall enough to do this and even if I was, I am riddled with full spinal and pelvic degenerative arthritis and physically cannot do this even on a good day. Even though this was explained to them, all I received was a basically 'not our problem, do it yourself'... Yes you read correctly. I am absolutely heartbroken at the way I've been treated by this company. They would have people come right by me every week and it would cost them nothing to take notice of when someone is in this area next and drop in for 5 minutes. I have sat on this for a few days before amended this recommendation so as to try to explain with as much clarity as I can. As can be seen below I was beyond excited to be getting this trampoline. Now sadly this has all turned into something of a nightmare. Because of the clearly substandard quality and no consumer confidence in the product and certainly not in the customer service team themselves, I have not let me children on this since, and they are absolutely devastated :( Please save yourself the heartache of dealing with this company and look at other options. If you read this far- thank you for your time. ANON2021
I recently purchased a Large Square Springfree Trampoline and although it is on the pricey side it has definitely been worth it! My 3 children use this multiple times every single day, rain or shine as we have a removable sunshade included and the benefits are incredible. (Additional cost for the cover) Fitness, Strengthening, Coordination, Cardio, Fun, Fresh Air, Outside in the environment being exposed to any wildlife that come around, Social inclusion as its a great talking point, Family time for laying looking up at the stars telling stories! - The possibilities stretch as far as your imagination! (Additional cost for installation) I also know that the safety features on these are second to none and that I can leave the children unsupervised on this without a significant risk of injury. (We did purchase a step ladder at additional cost) Plus it has a 10 yr guarantee on it.

Dismantling – We bought a 2 year old Springfree square trampoline and dismantled it and collected it ourselves. The whole experience was awful - details as follows. 1 The net rods came out of the frame ok but could not be removed from the net pockets - not even one. The pvc sleeve had shrunk over time and weather. You cannot twist the ball end of the rod… Read more
because the black sleeve just turns freely. We decided to leave the rods in the net pockets. 2 The collapsed net would not go down over edge of the frame - once again due to shrinkage. So we worked with the net in place but moved it to get to to the mat rods a little at a time. 3 The mat rods would not come out of the mat as shown in the video. Over time , with use, the mat rod socket gets forced further into the mat material. The rod would pop out of plastic socket ok but would still be snagged in the mat material "pocket" holding the socket. Brute force was required to force each rod out of the mat - it takes two strong men with builders hands. No mum in the world could do this on a 2 year old Springfree trampoline.
We did dismantle it in the end. We kept the net rods stuck in the pvc net pockets - they will never come out. It is well known that plastics deteriate in sunlight. This also applies to the net edging and the mat edging materials which will not give and stretch when aged making it very difficult to dismantle and assemble compared to new. The safety aspects are overstated - it is not safe to assemble and dismantle Springfree trampolines for the average householder as evidenced by the numerous warnings in the instructions. This is as much a part of safety as usage.

Good, even though there was a slight disappointment – Good quality trampoline with plenty of bounce! Disappointing to see that the “tested 700kg” load rating is still limited to a 100kg weight limit for a single user. But the kids absolutely love it and I’m sure that it will last given its 10 year warranty. Show details · 1
A must have for every backyard! – We've had our trampoline for over two years now and still going strong. The kids love competing with each other on the basketball ring accessory and on hot days the sprinkler gets turned on to cool them down. Show reply
Kids love it – Kids are loving the new trampoline, so much space for fun! We would definitely recommend the UV cover which dramatically lowers the temperature on a hot day. Worst part of assembly is getting the fiberglass rods attached to the mat, definitely worth grabbing a strong mate and a couple of beers to accomplish it! Show details · 1

Best Decision… Best Gift Ever! – Safe and completely steady! Best gift ever! Our 13 yr old girls have been bouncing nonstop in rain and shine. The additional sunshade is a must, and keeps it so much cooler. Easy to add and remove sunshade in 5 minutes. Faultless in every way. Bouncing or simply hanging out in the shaded enclosure is a huge hit for all :0) Usually just our 2 girls bouncing, but friends loved joining them. Easily fits 4 teens on this roomy Large Square option. Show details · 2

Best trampoline on the market – Pro's - Excellent build quality ours is 10 years old and only has a few small holes - Very safe - Very quiet - Excellent Customer Service - Great accessories and spare parts Cons - Cost, definitely have to look at it as an investment - Disassembly (assembly not the easiest either), if you need to move it I recommend getting someone to disaamble and re-assemble if possible. If you can afford it, you wont regret it. Show details · 1

The BEST brand trampoline you can buy! – Springfree trampolines are fantastic quality and perfect for all ages. Our previous Springfree was around 8 years old and still going strong, but we had to downsize to a smaller size to fit in our yard so we gave it to a neighbour and their kids use it daily. We went with another Springfree that fits our yard better knowing how strong and safe… Read more · 1
they are. We had Springfree install it this time around for ease and it was up and ready within an hour. My kids aged 10 + use it daily and I know it will get used for years to come. They love to pop a sprinkler under it during summer for some fun to cool off in the Queensland heat.
If you’re thinking about purchasing a Springfree trampoline, do it! You won’t be disappointed.
Kids love it. Heaps of room for jumping! – We bought the large square Springfree trampoline and paid for installation which was so handy and stress free. Our 3 kids (aged 4-11) love the amount of space for jumping. It’s the perfect amount of room to jump, do tricks and play games on. Super sturdy and super safe. I love the zip enclosure feature for extra safety. Also the mat doesn’t get super hot in summer which is great. Show details · 1
Game changer for entertainment! – Probably the best trampoline we have owned! It is such good quality and the set up was a breeze. The customer service was absolutely spot on. Our children are 2-3, 4-5 and it’s very safe for them. It’s easy to move to mow our lawn and the ladder makes it helpful for them to get up and down on their own. Worth every cent! Show details · 1
