understand what each part is for, it’s pretty easy. However it required a lot of effort from three strong people. It took us one whole afternoon (we almost wanted to leave it to the next day). But we’re yet to install the basketball hoop.
Once it’s put up, the kids haven’t had a day not jumping on it. They jump on it, they play games in it (like a cubby house), and sleep (afternoon nap) in it. They had a lot of fun, which helped to confirm we’ve made the right decision. This is the first thing they want to do when they come home each day.
On a side note, the people from the office weren’t too helpful..
Great it has no springs but – Whilst this is well warrantied mine came with a few sections crushed in the delivery (clearly seen even before opening anything up). put this together, even two people is very, very hard. My neighbours one took 3 people and I had two but we only just got it to work with a few major strains for the effort. SO even if new parts came I would not be bothered to replace these as it is just so hard to do. The material in the trampoline is great as is the mesh. Very well made. If you have to move this for grass cutting etc it is also heavy and a two person lift (i got the medium oval). THe bounce is good and the oval has two zones for most bounce.
Also I recall there is a weight limit BUT this is defferent once you open up the manual to what the advertise. I cant remember exactly but it is missleading and I made my fallings know about this. This is what i wrote
"Your web page does not include recommended weight for jumpers, just the 600kg rating" and not the jumpers weights! (you have to dig a bit) so just make sure you do if your over 80kg?

Absolute quality trampoline – Our trampoline arrived quickly and we were provided lots of communication on when it was coming. The driver gave tips on how to install the trampoline which helped us a lot. “covers” the top of the trampoline. The sun shade they have has a gap all around it. It means that debris/leaves (from adjacent trees - there is not tree overhead) get in. This increases the moss build up and also seeds are staining the mat. I’m sure it might be able to be scrubbed off but we’ve only had it 1 month and I don’t want to have to be scrubbing it each week. If they had a design similar to the Vuly cover it would avoid this.
I would consider another brand if you think this might be an issue for you.

could be used by the whole family individually. I could not see user weight limits on the website at all and was not aware until the Trampoline got to my house. Premium product with great service – Springfree trampolines are a premium product. My children have used it nearly every day for 2 years, and it looks like new. We also purchased the hoop and ball, which created variety of play and lots of competitions have been invented. becomes the first stop in the house. It's usually used by 2-3 kids simultaneously, but we have had parties of over 6 kids and they still managed to safely have fun and have a bounce all together. Besides the regular spider webs, thanks to the Australian environment, the trampoline is still in good shape and condition. Due to lawn mowing we move it regularly, not an easy job for one-man only as its quite heavy, therefore I recommend buying the wheels (what we didn't yet) to make the job easier.
