Springfree Medium Round R79

Thought of getting a Springfree Trampoline for awhile now, have seen n heard about them, I have a 5 yrs old granddaughter who I brought it 4, occasionally her 14 yr old sister has a jump. My daughter n 2 males help put it up, with some difficulty, especially the mat n rods. But overall I’m pleased I purchased it, she has hrs of fun on her own, n it’s there to create more hrs of fun to share. Very safe n stable for her. Show details ·  1

This trampoline is fantastic and perfect for our energetic boys. The warranty and service is amazing - after more than 5 years of use we had a tear near the zip and were sent a free replacement net. Then the mat started to give at the edges after 6 years and they sent us a free replacement mat. Such great service and value and my children have enjoyed this trampoline so much! Show details ·  1

help make it easier and quicker. Once constructed, the structures safety and stability is obvious. And it actually looks great. I also purchased the sun shade, ladder and wheels to maximise the use of the trampoline. I can easily move it on my own if I need to and my child has sun protection with the shade installed. The trampoline doesn’t move about while in use and if I need to climb on to it, I’m confident that it is very stable. My child doesn’t stop smiling when he’s bouncing. We actually use it as a hang out place of relaxation for the family too ( laying not bouncing). Honestly if you are looking at purchasing a trampoline for your children this particular brand is your best bet especially for safety on and around the trampoline. It may seem expensive but really you do get what you pay for when it comes to trampolines and as far as I’m concerned, my child’s safety is the priority. No springs is definitely the way to go.

We bought this trampoline for my daughter's second birthday and all I can say is, WHAT AN INVESTMENT! She LOVES it. My only complaint is that I now have to sit in the cold while she jumps for up to an hour, and sometimes it can be tricky to get her off! Useless sunshade and disgusting customer service – We bought the Springfree trampoline a couple of weeks ago. We got the best seller sunshade for $199. Melbourne rains every few days so the sunshade collected water and makes a mosquito attracting pool. To get rid of the water, I have to jump to tip it out through the holes then wipe the trampoline dry. What a pain. I called the customer service,… Read more

asking if there’s anything they can help with. Eg. refund me the sunshade and I return it. All they can tell me is that the sunshade is not to be left on, and they don’t refund for change of mind.

I had been on the Vuly Thunder and the sunshade is a tarp that covers the whole top and a little of the sides. It would stay drier. My friend doesn’t have to remove after every use.

I feel like I wasted my money and already hate this company after 2 weeks!

Expensive and badly designed – I purchased this trampoline new and after 3 years the mat starting tearing at the seam by the entrance. Net zips failed after a year. is designed is awful. The outer metal tubes should be screwed together as they pull apart on assembly and the bottom supports get pulled out of position by the spring tension on the mat. I am a mechanical engineer and find the thing a pain in the butt, all my neighbours ask me to build theirs as they struggle with it. Do yourself a favour and stay away.

disassembled our second mat and net. If your willing to spend that much money for a great trampoline that will last 4 years then I recommend it. Probably best to follow the manufacturer advice for 1 at a time too. I have requested a new mat and net which I will need to pay 600 dollars for. The rest of the trampoline appears to be structurally sound which is a plus.

Good looking trampoline – My 2 girls (aged 3 and 6) love this trampoline. It's a decent size and gives them lots of room to run and jump around. Has a nice bounce. Wish I’d invested sooner – Brought for my 9 year old twins birthday and it hasn’t disappointed. They’ve jumped in sunshine, rain and with the sprinkler. It’s also had toys and blankets in it. Very good product – Very happy with our new trampoline. Fantastic quality and very simple to put together. Instructions stated 2 people required but I found it very simple and easy to do on my own. My only very small criticism is that the very poor quality plastic spanner that comes in the kit is totally inadequate and the sun shade fills with water and doesn’t drain very well. Worth every penny – Our kids (6 & 2) adore their new trampoline and we feel confident that they’re safe whilst on it - the unexpected surprise has been the fun it provides to the whole family, big and small (it’s a good work out!)
