Worst service ever. I have had an issue with my driver mirror from the day I have purchased the car and had nothing done about it. I was told to record it shaking when I purchased my car. to wait longer to have it repaired and it shakes so much when you are driving you can barely see out of it. After waiting a month to book it in to have it finally repaired, I was told this is a common fault with these vehicles. I don’t trust Nissan at all any more.
Incompetent – Bought a brand new Navara. Since first picking up the vehicle it’s had transmission and audio unit issues. Have had 3yrs of failed attempts to fix under warranty. Eventually fobbed off by the service centre and told to contact Nissan warranty myself. Have been sold a lemon. Show details
Terrible post payment – I ordered a new Patrol in August and received delivery at the end of March. Very happy with the vehicle. However, apparently organising a tow bar takes longer than 9 months! seperate people I have spoken to, no one has been able to get in touch with the parts manager to find out how far away it is. The general manager has been copied in to numerous emails including from their own staff and has not responded. I was told I would receive a call from the GM and heard nothing. The car and tow bar have been fully paid for so this appears to be a “we’ve got our money so who cares” scenario.
Absolutely ruined a previously happy experience. This is the second new Nissan I have purchased and had none of these issues when dealing with Wynnum Nissan who also had additional items to add to the vehicle.
Deal with Westpoint Springwood Nissan at your own peril, prepare to be frustrated and strung along!

Perfect Nissan X-Trail – Good reliable and economical. Helpful and friendly staff. Been with this dealer for continuously three years and had no problems and issues. Service center is close to dealer and gives more peace of mind.
