Follow-up · To answer the questions: 1. When dealing with nasty stains use only water and if you can't remove it call a professional. I’m from Woy Woy peninsula and used Brett from stain busters Central Coast. Brett did a fantastic job on my carpets and a lounge chair that I actually asked him to do on the day and he was very obliging ! He sent a courtesy text saying he was on his way and arrived right on time. He used protection covers on door ways and wiped up any water . It was a pleasure doing business with Brett and will definitely use him again.
Brett from Stain Busters Central coast NSW did a great job on a couple of stains on my carpet that I couldn't get out. The Ipswich stain busters did not live up to their name after 24 years of using them i won't be getting them back
Stain busters were easy to book and did a very quick job cleaning the carpets, and released a lot of baby food stains from one bedroom. But as this was an end of lease, I had paid extra for deep cleaning, totalling $600 inclusive of flea treatment. able to bring up all the stains remaining and the water came up almost black from how dirty the carpet was. I have had to go back to the old rental twice now to rectify these issues myself, and after spending so much on carpets (that only took one hour for them to complete) I am really disappointed. They did offer to come back out to re do the carpets for free, but the woman I spoke with was very passive aggressive about it - and ultimately I've done a better job myself anyway. If you have pets or kids - it might be better to go with another company that can manage a deep clean.
Fantastic pest spray – Sam from Stain Busters Newcastle was amazing! He did a fantastic job of the pest spray and his Service was excellent. Would recommend to everybody I know.
Wagga Wagga STAINBUSTERS terrible – Wagga Wagga Stainbusters franchisees are ripoff merchants. Did a hopeless job cleaning carpet in one BR which had some stains but they were only basically normal wear and tear and wanted another $179 CASH to come back and do it again! they said $179 and then when I mentioned Credit Card they said that would be another $20 ! Warning, if you are in Wagga Wagga - DO NOT USE THEM!

Best carpet cleaners ever – I have had my carpets steam cleaned by a number of different companies. I have actually had to ask them to do areas again because they were still dirty. "No Stain" cleaned it so well it now has the white fleck back. Brand new. Fresh and clean. Much easier to look after. This operator - great attention to detail, takes his time, knows what he is doing and really takes pride in his work. Can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you.
Great Company – If you require any form of cleaning or stain removal, ask for Ben. He is personable, respectful, thorough and energetic. Nothing is too hard or inconvenient for Ben. His strong work ethic is obvious from the moment he arrives, and his ability to involve the customer without being overbearing is impressive. Ben’s service is beyond any I could have expected. He has a very lucky employer!
Happy with the service – The person that did my lounge was friendly and easy to talk with. I am happy with the results and if needed again I know who to call and who to recommend to others. I have attached two pictures of before and last photo of after :) -HIGHLY RECOMMENDED-
