Dishonest customer service – Was on a cruise from Sydney and wanted to get my nails done as I always do around Australia and the world. I asked for the price for sns removal and manicure and was told $25. Sat down she looked at my nails and said, $30... I agreed but towards the end of manicure, she asked if I wanted colour and I said yes of cause.... she goes, pick your colour and when I resat down, she says, that's an extra $10 = $40 is now the total. I was disgusted! Manicure always includes colour so I didn't have the colour, paid $30 & walked out. But i was that mad, I walked back in and made her finish my manicure as I had paid for that. Never go. They are dishonest and extort your money!!!
