Excellent Gym without the pretentious trimming – I have regularly attended gyms for over 40 years now and this is without a doubt the best one I have used. The owners and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The gym equipment and premises are always spotless and well maintained. They offer a good range of classes that provide you with a good workout. The whole package is excellent value for money.

I cannot recommend this place more highly if you live in the Hawkesbury area and are looking for an alternative to the franchised gyms.
