I would NEVER EVER use them again. I had a 2 hour clean and no idea what the fellow cleaned but it pretty much looked like nothing! I wasted my money and was disgusted.....couldn't even clean toothpaste out of a hand basin and not even wiped down benches. Floors left unvacuumed and did not know what a duster was! Also arrived late and left early.
Awful clean, arrived hours late, over charged us and then tried to chase up payment we already made, would not reccomend
The WORST cleaning I've ever seen! 1.5hrs late to arrive, no apology or explanation provided. Only vacuumed part of 2br; other 2br skipped. 1 of 2 showers cleaned. Toilets not cleaned properly Floors not vacuumed before mopping. Mop was so wet it left puddles on wooden floors. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
Extremely poor cleaners , after using them a few times they just didn’t show up and ignored all messages, very unprofessional do not use them as they are unreliable and unprofessional
I would never ever use these people again. A 10 year old would do so much better in cleaning than this company. If I could give a 0 stars I would have ♀️

Wouldn't recommend this service to anyone! Booked an end of lease clean and told cleaners would be attending at 1pm and told they'd be done by 4pm. They turned up at 12pm and finished by 1pm. that I was quoted for answer given that's ok we will do it now. Calls me back 30mins later to inspect and still not cleaned. Oven was still covered in grease says he can't clean it unless it's turned on, carpet was still full of dust says he doesn't know how he can get that with the vacuum wardrobe trails covered in dust I showed them how to clean after he asked me to show him. Ceiling fans were dusty, kitchen cupboards filthy. When i complained and provided photos I was told well some service was provided and would only refund $170 out of $530. They have very incompetent unprofessional cleaners who don't know how to even do a basic clean. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY, FEELS LIKE THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER

job and hard working. "Back office team" did not listen, were late sending invoices, were unco-ordinated, sent incorrect invoices and then hassled me for payment! They are letting down their great cleaning team, and their clients!
