Collapsing from the first moment – Door collapsed and replaced after 9 mo ths. Glass exploded twice. Hindges broke down and when replaced, hindge support got loose and found to be not strong enough. No support no compensation. We throw it away. Show details

Great stove... till you need parts/service – This oven is great have had it for 6 years. It has recently crap itself and requires a new clock , clock transformer, door s al and hinges. I am a chef of 20+ years experience and have only treated this oven with respect. You CANNOT get parts for any of their products. It is now an anchor or chicken coop. Crap them and their service. Very Pleased! – Unlike the reviewer below we have found the heat distribution of the stove to be exceptional; much better than the bosch we were using previously. is also vastly superior to stainless steel when it comes to cleaning it. I would very much recommend this stove. It is the centre piece of our kitchen and everyone comments when they see it.

I should also mention that we have had this stove for approx 2 years without a hiccup.

Very dissappointed – Our Ascot model is only 3 years old but we have had to replace 2 elements already, each taking 4-6 weeks wait on the part.And not on warranty! A stove which states is of such a good standard has been very dissappointing to date and clostly as we do not live near a major town so travelling costs are an extra factor. Expensive parts, have to order from overseas( China so much for european stoves) and not covered by warranty

excellent oven! the best i saw – i have it for 10 months. before I had Ilve and I bought this ascot and i have to say the diffrence is amazing. the backing is great when i can bake a several things same time with equal baking completly. the hobs is great with 6 storng and huge burners and extra space. and the best - so easy to clean... so happy with the buy... easy to clean, great cooke didnt find some for now Show reply

OK – Although I'm happy with the product, I definitely couldn't recommend it to anyone else - the lack of service is totally unacceptable for the money you pay. get any answers from Axis Australia - left several messages and my calls weren't returned. When it eventually arrived it was badged incorrectly and we're still waiting for that to be changed

Best stove on the market – have had one for 2 years best cooking purchas i have ever made solidly built even temperatures the mega wok great for wok cooking and lark pots quick to come back to boil. Consistant temp good cooking
