is excellent. We had a couple of minor issues with it (some kind of power supply issue), made a call and had someone out on sight to fix it within a few days. They also have a service of demonstrating the oven in their show room with a qualified chef - GREAT SERVICE.

the oven was a bit confusing but after speaking to Arisit we understood the functions much better. The oven looks beautiful in our kitchen and the gas hob is easy to use and easy to clean.

AMAZING – Love this oven - everything is solid and gas fuel/flame is strong even when running multiple burners. Takes some getting used to the oven though as cant seem to quite figure out the correct setting for fan forced as it the manual doesn't correlate to the oven..also emailed HQ of the importers in Melb with no reply or acknowledgement of my email… Read more ·  1

which was disappointing. Overall - annihilates the cheapish competitors of Smeg/Ilve - this competes with Falcon etc.

Steel Genesi 90 – While we had quite a long lead time to receive our Steel Appliances (Cooker, Fridge and Range) we are pleased with our choice. They have all been faultless since being installed. We absolutely love the Tepinyaki plate and the oven is so easy to use – The tepinyaki plate is our favorite. The steam oven lets us cook perfectly juicy roasts. There is so much room inside and everything cooks so evenly. The stainless steel surfaces make it a breeze to clean and polishing the front and hot plate covers make it just sparkle. what an oven! – The Genesi is a cross between a heavy duty domestic and very basic commercial unit. It has such good gas output on the stove. We have even used a dutch oven on the cooker with good results, plus its an easy clean. The oven is a blast and cooks perfectly, we haven't used the steam oven as yet. Love it – This cooker is amazing. Looks great in my renovated kitchen. Love the steam function. Style and function in perfect harmony. Only one small issue is that I have found it tricky to clean the bottom of the oven ...

My dream cooker – The induction cook top is very easy to control. The steam oven produces wonderful results. Roasted meats retain moisture and flavour. I am adapting my favourite recipes as I go with excellent results.
