Phoned Steeline Bathurst on Friday for a quote for some guttering. Initially told that they could supply as it was made on the spot. I indicated when I wanted to pick up and was assured that it was feasible and to expect their quote. the quote. Quote then arrived for the wrong product. I then called back to advise and I also replied to their email, all on the Tuesday. I was assured that the quote would be corrected and resent. Thursday dawned and no quote. I rang them again and spoke to yet another person who assured me that the quote would be followed up. Thursday afternoon and I am called back by a fourth or fifth person saying that they don't make the required guttering at their location. No advice was offered of alternative suppliers, even though other Steeline locations indicate it as being in stock. I then asked about alternative suppliers and a dismissive 'no' in reply. I then asked if anyone at Steeline Bathurst was actually in charge. Almost a week of elapsed time and passed around five people to finally be informed they cannot supply the guttering, and absolutely no commitment to serving the customer. BAD BAD BAD Avoid if you can.

clunky garage doors – i bought 2 x steel-line panel lift doors and now wish i did not they are clunky and dont work properly one hits the floor and goes up again so you have to stand there and do it manually the internet connection does not work and when you ask for warranty nobody shows up even after a trip to there factory would i recommend them i dont think so just be careful when buying do as much research as you can Show details

Will not fix damage to our property(Bendigo) – Do not do business with this unethical company. If they come onto your property for a delivery and damage your property they claim they are not liable for any damage. Their crane truck damaged our gutters and they stuffed us around for 5 months trying to work out how they were going to fix their damage. In the end they wipe their hands of us… Read more

saying they weren’t going to fix it. I have lots of colourful words I could use to describe this company after the treatment we received. My advice is don’t do business with them. They don’t care about your property.

Worst experience – It's been 11 months since I paid the initial deposit on my shed, and it is still not at lock up stage. Infact it has no doors. Steeline (Wagga Wagga) have not returned a phone call in 3 months. Terrible service, and a deflating experience. I was so looking forward to having a new shed. No I regret the decision.

Professional advice?? What a joke – Unhelpful and rude, wrong product supplied and their own other stores can not understand why we need to pay fir the replacement. Misleading that they offer professional advice, I would not recommend

Great product and service – Purchased a 6x3.3 colourbond garage sales staff were extremely professional and helpful at all times during the process. Garage was quite easy to install as it was all pre fabricated would definitely deal with this company again.
