was delayed multiple times, with shifting dates and little to no proactive communication.

Installation is already taking more than 6 month from contracted date and even thought I constantly chase updates, information is always vague and inconsistent. No timeline was ever provided and salesperson commitments means nothing, and that becomes very clear once problems start.

Overall poor transparency, missed timelines, and a frustrating lack of accountability. Be happy if you get your system installed in 12 months time!

mobile phone calls, loud music or swearing. The installers were all very polite and respectful. There were 2 teams working on different parts of the installation, one finished and the other team arrived. Both teams cleaned up after themselves. The end of the job found everything clean and tidy. I was shown how to you the MyPlace app to run my system from home or outside the home. Everything ran like clockwork. I could not ask for a better positive outcome. Great Aircon Company – From quote to completion the service was fantastic, professional and polite tradesmen who actually left the house and yard spotless during and after their work, I have no hesitation in recommending Stinson Air if you are looking at installing air conditioning Daryl & Deb , Wanneroo

Rubbish Aircon that doesn't work during peak of summer – First of all Stinson installed a different model of ducted aircon at my house 7 years ago. I paid $11.5k for a Samsung but was given a lousy Daikin model. Initially I did not raise this issue as I thought Daikin was probably a superior brand but I was dead wrong. above the aircon would stop working and switched itself to fan mode and switch back to A/C mode again after 10 minutes. This whole back and forth between fan and A/C would last the whole afternoon. The house would become stinking hot and I have a newborn. This is totally unacceptable for having to deal with such substandard A/C considering I paid a substantial amount for it.

Every time when I ring up, Stinson couldn't provide a solution on how to fix this problem but told me to turn on the aircon from morning and let it run the whole day. I have tried this but it never fixed the problem. Again, this is unacceptable and not good enough for the amount of money I've paid.

I am starting to feel that I was cheated from the beginning when I paid for the Samsung model AC140HBHFKH/SA but was instead given Daikin RZQ140LV1.

My brother owns a Daikin FDYQN140 which was installed by Stinson and only cost $2k more and it functions like how an A/C should function.

I request that Stinson replace a new A/C for me as per what I had paid for 7 years ago so both of us don't have to deal with this every year !

Each worker who entered my house was friendly, courteous and highly knowledgeable on their selected field (consisting of a ducting crew and electrical/fridge yields crew.) I would not hesitate to recommend Stinson Air to anybody looking at installing Air Con to their house!

cost a fortune to run. So you can imagine, the dirt cheap price that the previous owners paid, has actually cost us a fortune and made living in this home very uncomfortable.

In the middle of summer, our AC finally conked it and caused water damage in the ceiling space. Now we’re getting the entire air-conditioning replaced so, of course, the first people I turned to for help was Stinson Air. I will be using them to fix the previous supplier’s shonky workmanship. After 10 years in the building industry, they are the only supplier I trust to do it right. Back in 2014, I was so happy with the service from Stinson Air that I wrote a review online and 6 years later, everything I said still rings true. They are not the cheapest supplier and they don’t want to be: They want to deliver good quality air-conditioning and service with a smile. TRUST ME, that is worth paying a little bit more for because you will forget the PRICE you paid well after you realise the TRUE COST.
