Customer Support – Had issue with a laptop bag zip 11 months old, contacted STM got prompt and helpful assistance and advice - if retailer not swap STM said send a replacement. Very good product and service.....honour their statement about warranty.

Fantastic Case – I was very happy with my purchase 2 years ago but the edges started to peel away. The item had a very good 3 year warranty. So after sending in a warranty claim with photos via theIt website I was promptly provided with a new case in the mail. I am really appreciative of this support and am hoping my case lasts longer this time
