0 stars as total rip off and there is no provision on rating. Zero communication after many phone calls. No reply to emails and yet happy to invoice for their "service" or lack thereof, and charge interest if invoice is overdue through lack of communication. In past day received an invoice for April and yet never received in April or May but now shows interest Disgusting outfit

Terrible OCM – This company managed our small commercial OC so badly that they were removed and the OC that replaced them had to levy the owners . The botched a changeover of waste disposal that saw our carpark site full of bins for a couple of months and were generally absolutely hopeless.
