After years of dealing with larger strata management companies across the metro area and being disappointed, finding Strata Property WA has been a welcome change. The team's knowledge of the Act, including the recent amendments, is impressive. They're responsive, professional, and manage things the way you'd hope every strata manager would. Highly recommend.
I own a unit in a complex managed by Strata Property WA for about 3 years. I recently had to contact the management for minor problems. They did not reply to emails, so I gave them a call. It is now 3 months since the original problem was identified with no action from this company. Requests for documents via email have not resulted with a reply. If problems can be resolved easy, they may be ok but if it requires a real management skill, you will be disappointed. I feel they are unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone that requires quality management.
Very prompt when dealing with my pipe blockage where the issue was outside my unit blocking my toilet completely. I had a plumber arrive within 2 hours to fix the problem. Very impressed!!
Strata Property WA - Prompt and Professional – The team at Strata Property WA are prompt and professional. My recent experience with their office has been very positive. They are very knowledgeable, especially with the recent changes to the Act. I own several investment properties around the metro area and have dealt with a number of the “large” strata management companies in Perth, so their management approach is a refreshing change.

sometimes even years to be attended to by our previous Strata Manager, are now addressed in a far more reasonable timeframe, quite often in 24-48hrs.

Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness – Professional, fast, and very reasonable. I didn't know strata management could be good! Great attention to detail, identifies and fixes our complex issues, regularly communicates with the Council of Owners and ensures everything is done in a compliant manner.
Strata Property WA. Stay away from this company – The company does its job. However the company is extremely rude and confrontational both to owners and tenants. Have been involved with multiple Strata companies as a client and have never experienced the rudeness of this company. Recently changed name from Drake-Brockman to Strata Property WA. Some of their practices are also questionable.
