DONT BOTHER!! havent. Takes them days if your lucky to respond to your queries. Dont bother raising any maintenance issues on their app , they just say its nothing to do with them and finalise them and nothing gets done , its a complete waste of your time , the appartment gets run down. If your unlucky enough to have your roller shutters broken into be prepared to have a security officer on the door for weeks at great cost as they never seem to get anyone to do it in a even near acceptable time. UPDATE - Tried phoning them twice today to report an urgent security matter as roller doors have been burst open ( may be due to the sliding doors broken where someones gained access ive been reporting since 11/01/26 , but absolutely no action) but no one answered twice after 17 minutes each time and an automated message just says theres a technical error and cuts you off. Eventualy managed to speak to the Head Of Operations she said- " how many appartments are in the block?" I replied 159 she said -" 159 and your the only one complaining" in a condesending voice. She also said she will not send out any communication to anyone even though there post boxes are burst open , parcels and letters have been stolen and will be stolen. So Strata towns for you if you want a Strata company that- •Takes no accountability. •Does not answer phone calls. •Does not respond to major security issues, not even a simple email or any action whatsoever. •Has an application to log job maintenance issues that is pointless as they just finalise the jobs without doing anything. •Takes large fees with no mention of what they are for (added a loan fee on to our monthly fees without any corrospondence what its for then ignores the emails and finalises tge tickets when I asked what its for). • No transparency whatsoever.
Im also pretty sure most of the reviews of more than 1 star is probably there mates or clients and not appartment owners.

Hello, I rang to ask for some documents to be sent to me and Young Aashay answered. He is new, I believe, however I was most impressed with his efficient knowledge of what I was requesting. If you want an auto generated response to everything. With absolute no customer service. Jason stated at an AGM that he was lucky if he received $10 for managing our property. I said is that why you don't return calls or emails. Rubbish strata company ever
I was sceptical at first when our Strata Company chose Strata Town, simply because I prefer face-to-face meetings and I’m not au fait with new technology. So our relationship at first was a bit of a bumpy ride. Since then, however, every contact with the Strata Town staff has been cordial, and our Strata Manager Michelle has been outstanding - always prompt, supportive and obliging. Thank you, Michelle!
A waste of money and time – Terrible strata company, stay away. later one was eventually obtained - and only one). I ended up getting a quote a repairs completed for less than 10% of their quote. Sandy was great in signing us up and responding to queries as was the receptionist; the actual strata management service was almost non existent beyond the first AGM.
Seven years living in Strata environment and four as chair person of our Council of owners in a 68 unit complex – Our managers Michelle and Tiffany, are always willing to hear my concerns and offer helpful advise. They are both professional in their approach on all levels of Strata advise.
Extremely dissatisfied – Reported an issue to StrataTown on 23/12/2021 causing water damage. I have contacted StrataTown by phone, email, posted a scathing review on Google, submitted tickets for maintenance, submitted photo and video evidence, attended AGM’s to raise this issue. experience of StrataTown is NOT what has been advertised on TV. And for StrataTown to be associated with the RAC, a respected and trusted organisation in WA they need to do much, much better.

Worst Strata Management company ever ! – Don't trust the advertising, nothing like RAC usual service. They don't know what they are doing at all, just ignore most emails and calls. You only get to speak to the receptionist, who says " I don't know, I'll try to get someone to call you back." No one ever calls back ! Worst company I've ever dealt with.
