Avoid at all costs – I have been trying for nearly a year to get Strataworks to send me levy notices for my property, or make them accessible to me through the online portal. I simply wish to pay my bills. I have asked on a nearly weekly basis for details of the next AGM. I have been ignored, put off and outright lied to. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs.

IGNORED by COMPANY – No AGM called, no Strata bills sent out, phone calls, letters, messages ignored, staff will not answer questions

Insurance – Insurance needs two quotes not one. If to busy should not do the job.

Avoid – Peter is just so difficult to deal with, he acts as though all members on the committee are his employees and they should shut up and do as they are told.

Lazy, arrogant and toxic – Peter holds a terrible attitude towards everyone and clearly hates his job. You should look elsewhere as there are many other companies that will take customer service seriously and look after you.

Arrogant and unhelpful – Poor advice and information. Meetings not held on time. Manipulative - created more problems between owners than resolved them. Unprofessional and took things personally. Very hard to work with to reach any outcomes.

Shop around – Better value management companies to choose from in Cairns. Stick with larger better known firms for a professional service and value for money.

A Professional Body Corporate Manager – Having been involved with StrataWorks with three committees, I can highly recommend them as an honest and competent Body Corporate Manager with utmost integrity.

Unprofessional – StrataWorks body corporate management in Cairns is very unprofessional in the manner they conduct their services to owners corporations. Lacks knowledge of the legislation. Better value and a more professional management service would be found elsewhere.
