Extreme unprofessional real estate agent to deal with
Extreme unprofessional real estate agent to deal with. Specifically:
1. For tenants - If you need any repairs, dont expect them to do anything unless you have your request written so they know you have a chance to make a complaint about their non responsiveness with evidence.
2. For tenants - Increased the rent breaching the agreement between the landlord and tenant (due to poor condition of the unit). They'll send threat letters to intimidate you for making a payment. When questioned about the non explainable rent increase, they are non res...
Do not interact, stay away!!!
<<<WARNING>>>This company is run by a bunch of sleezy crooks. Very rude, arrogant, manipulative and corrupted business that takes your money but doesn't solve problems. The people in that company will play games with your time and money. Corruption all start from the top!
Overall very dodgy business practices. The NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal got involved and Strathfield Partners lost. Try them and see for yourself and be prepared to lose both time and money. (YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!)
Pathetic agency seen in my life
These Guys in this Agency are robots and have no courteous to the people and have no commonsense in most of the matters. Their attitude towards small issues are apathetic, they don't attend those issues even after several followups. They have some idiotic rules which they pass on to tenants which wouldn't have any sense to it. Clearly i vote these guys as the most worst agency in the Sydney so far i have faced. Sorry for the language but couldn't control my anger after dealing with these bunch of Jokers. The most corrupt and lying breed of rea...l estate agents are Strathfield Partners. They do inspect my home every Saturday without compensating me on anything, I understood that and allowed them without creating any problems. Next day they ask me to hand over the keys so that they can show my home to the visitors on saturdays even when am not at home. I understood that also and given my keys to them without creating any problems. After few months when i had plans to move out of the property, i asked the keys back but after several followups with different agents i got to know that " THEY HAVE LOST MY ORIGINAL KEYS ". as per Law, they are allowed to show the house only on Saturdays at a specific time which i have agreed on. However, once when only my wife and kid are at home, these guys have entered my home on a weekday without giving me any earlier notice with visitors to show the house. Tell me know, do i have all reasons to be annoyed with these idiots or not ??
Had a good assistance with Ms Hanane during my inspection to release my bond only. Got confusing information about my contract and the day to vacant the property by the property Manager pushing myself to pay one more rent even I was not living in the property anymore. Late response from the property manager as well when it needed.
I will not deal with this agency again
I would not recommend using this agency as a property manager. The property manger is doing the minimum, if not below zero, to just get by the routines. He certainly does not have any interests in resolving issues other than collecting the rents for the service fees.
Agree with other reviewers - you wonder how they get their license
Dishonest, hostile and extremely dodgy
After moving out of a 1 year lease with Strathfield Partner, they did not notify us that they were claiming the entire bond from fair trade. Only knew about the bond claim after receiving the letter more than a week later. They have been breaking the tenancy laws since the day we moved out. There was no mutual inspection, they did not notify us about the bond claim within seven days of the claim (which they claim two days after we moved out).
They then tried to stalled us from contesting the claim by having a meeting with no results. Luckily, ...
The worst Real Estate Agency in New South Wales - Look at their Reviews before you deal with them...
These grubs cannot be trusted and I speak with experience like many others here. The most corrupt and lying breed of real estate agents are Strathfield Partners. These are the people that give real estate agencies and agents a bad name. Rude, uneducated staff, no co-ordination between their teams and just not trust worthy. They will treat you like a nobody as soon as you sign in with them. One needs to read the horror stories from the people across Sydney that they've duped with their shonky business practices. I am personally taking them to th...e tribunal and to court eventually with the amount of stress they've put my family into over the time I've dealt with them. They need to be named and shamed on every public platform for what they do with their illegal business practices. If you have been a victim, I strongly suggest taking them to the tribunal and shame them on every online platform so that people know who they are dealing with and take necessary precautionary measures. If you are reading this Strathfield Partners, pull your head in shame because you are the most hated real estate agency in the whole New South Wales. Last but not the least, any good reviews for them are either fabricated or are written by their staff members and fake profiles. Stay away from these agents as you will see them getting in trouble with the law sooner or later.
Worst property manager and management
Our unit has a terrible issue after living around 3 mos. Gave a complaint on our property manager and took her months to impose action to resolve the issue. After couple of weeks, issue was unresolved and have to email them back. Never replied on our email and was overly neglected. Wanted to break the lease because of this incompetence but still neglected. Won't recommend this agent unless your property manager cares about you and responds accordingly.
Rented my last 2 places from them, love em!
Other real estates are a headache, these guys are straight forward, i wanted the place and i got it, if it wasn't for them i would find it way harder to find a unit. I see lots of bad reviews for them but me and my mate have only had great history with them. They are simple and straight forward and give me no fuss.
Terrible real estate took nearly all of the bonds with unreasonable
When i first move in to this house
1.no one cut the trees and grass at the front, drive way and at the back
2.no one clean the home and balcony is full of bird's poo.
3.the storage in the kitchen is already faulty
4.the light bulbs are missing many in the living room and broken in the kitchen (fall down)
5.the light in the bathroom is not working
6.bathroom slide door is not working
7.window in bed room 3 can't close
After i moved in i asked their handy man to fixed them and I asked their electrician to fix them but the electrician sa...
Worst Real Estate Ever
If I could give negative stars I would, they are the worst real estate I have ever encountered in my whole 10 years of renting. The office never answers the phone and no one ever calls you back, the property managers do not know how to manage properties, the staff are rude and unable to do their job, if you complain to management they are just as rude and unhelpful. Our property was filthy when we moved in, carpets were not steam cleaned, food was splashed up the kitchen blinds, The owners of the property continuously contacted us to collect ...items they left behind, Yet they criticize a clean unit on ending a tenancy, take photos and comment on furniture marks in the carpet (everyone knows this cannot be used against a tenant) then delay the bond return and you need to contact fair trading to get anything done. I would strongly recommend using another real estate and from all the comments here I wish I'd seen them first because every negative comment is exactly what their office and staff are like.

I was living one of their property in Guilford when i move in that property was not clean i call them send them picture but they don't reply. I live there around year at that time whenever i have any problem they don't care about it. When left the property, I called them for my bond refund, they told me it will take 2 weeks after two weeks when i called them they said you have no bond left they will charge me alot of thing which has no base.
Strath field partner Antonio Grieco
The worst agent ever I have seen.
He has book a single unit under two person name at the same time. And I have given the advance for the house with the proper application. But at the last moment he did not least this house to me which gave me lot of pressure and I have lost my money that I paid as advance for electricity and gas connection.
Questions & Answers
SP asked me to put in my information on a templated envelop when I was submitting my keys for vacating. The envelop asks for my vacating address, forwarding address, date and time of submitting keys; even asks for my contact details and bank details but I forgot to put; and I had to sign it (on the tenant's part).
The receptionist took my keys, put in the envelop, sealed and put it away without signing on it (on the agent's signature part) and did not give me any receipts for receiving the keys.
They only told me that a lady named Henanne will contact me regarding my bond.
Later when I was researching on Tenant's Union on How To Get Bond Money Back When Moving Out there's a piece of information that said:
3. Sign the claim form:
- Put your bank account number on the form so the bond money can go straight into your account.
- Write down a forwarding address (where you will be moving to).
- Do not sign a blank claim form. Make sure you know what the form says before you sign it.
I was freaked out thinking I had accidentally signed a blank claim form without knowing it.
I want to ask if their procedure is right or wrong? Was that envelope that I signed actually a blank claim form? Had anyone been in situation like me? And what can I do in this situation if this goes bad?
P/S: they forgot to cancel rent payment so after I submitted the keys, on the following day they still charge me the next rent payment.
First go talk to them nicely in person. Most likely they will talk to you or then avoid you and drag it out on you, if this happens go threaten them for your rent money and your bond. That's the only thing you can do that will work. You must exercise harsh tactics on those people otherwise they will exploit you till no end.
I am currently dealing with Strathfield Partners and they have been very unhelpful and unavailable at claiming bond (I had a really bad tenant who made some damage at my property and I would now have to replace carpet at the property) - has anyone dealt with Fair Trading NSW before to seek advice and were they being helpful?
Hi Laura. I suggest speaking to Frank 0411 428 223 or Robert 0419 446 641 directly. They are the heads of the company and are really helpful and efficient with any problems
