Horrible service from Structured Property Group – The Real Estate Agents from Structured Property Group seemed unwilling to even open an inspection at first, until I persistently called them. The agent assigned to the house, and was unhelpful at best. No knowledge about the property, poor manner, and didn't actually have all the keys to unlock every room. The condition report was also completely wrong, many problems with the walls/carpets. After my housemate and I moved in, we discovered the plumbing through the whole house was completely backed up. They consistently declined calls, didn't answer text messages or emails, and finally after 18 days called me when I threatened to hire a plumber of my own and claim reimbursement from the company.

Very very poor service, and I found out two days ago that the agent has left the company. I was not informed, and haven't had a response to an urgent message from a few weeks ago yet.

The director of the company has told me he will personally help me with any further matters, and sounds genuine. Director of company very helpful. Poor service, no communication, not answering calls, not fixing urgent problems, completely falsified condition report.
