Worst Cup Ever – I cannot express how much I hate this cup. The design may look pretty, but it’s filled with flaws. simply not true and I’ll explain why.
Second, the lid is an absolute disaster. I have the first version with a sliding lid, and it’s the most poorly designed lid I’ve ever used. The hole is too small for the liquid to flow properly, and when it does, it spills all over you. This means you’re left with drinks that are either too hot or too cold. Hot drinks will burn your tongue since the lid makes sipping difficult, and warm drinks lose their heat far too quickly, so there is no way your drink will last 6 hours unless you choose to burn your tongue at first. And the most ridiculous thing is the flimsy sliding mechanism will randomly close as you try to drink. Cleaning the lid is a nightmare because you have to pry it open like you’re about to break it. No wonder they redesigned it, they knew it was a flawed product and still try to sell it to you.
Third, the ceramic interior, while better than stainless steel interior cup, is not that easy to clean, holds onto odors, and can stain if you don’t wash it immediately. It is also not dishwasher safe and prone to scratches.
Lastly, while the cup might look nice at first, the aesthetics don’t last. It scratches ridiculously easily (even the white colour), and once scratched, it becomes the ugliest, most battered cup you’ll own. It’s completely impractical for traveling. One scratch and you’ll regret taking it anywhere.
In summary, don’t waste your money on this cup. It’s pretty on the outside but deeply flawed in design and functionality.
Paint chips soon after purchase – I recieved this as a gift for my birthday. The cup is ok - not the most insulated keep cup I’ve used (the Nespresso touch travel mug takes that win). Frustratingly, the paint started chipping off within 2 weeks of use. This photo is now at 5-6 months. I wouldn’t recommend noting the price.
Using a regular teaspoon will damage the "WORLD'S FIRST shatterproof ceramic reusable cup!" – I have had my Sttoke cup for about 9 months and recently noticed a crack inside. When I brought it to the attention of Sttoke Customer Service they blamed me for using a metal spoon and said that the 2-year warranty does not cover cracks... If buying a lot of takeaway coffee, consider getting the smallest cup of any brand. Sttoke's smallest cup is the Omni, and it uses a problematic lic that is a separate purchase. - This schooner sized cup is deep and requires a long handled brush to wash properly. If you don't have one, that is another (plastic) purchase. - the Tritan leakproof lid (aka second generation screw lid) is easy to use but the drinkhole is still perhaps a little too small, and the cover will hit your nose when you drink deep. - the lid is not 100% secure. I placed the cup in my handbag, and as handbags hold other stuff, the snap-fit lid was dislodged and coffee spilled. - The cup does hold drinks warmer for longer, even without the lid on. - the Greblon® Ceramic lining is thin and within 3 weeks, a hole appeared on the rim. - this lining may contain PTFE. I'm still using the tumbler but mainly for water on my desk. I don’t use it on the go as the size and shape is odd to hold comfortably for long.

have really small hands. We hadn't used the cups (barely out of the box for 15 mins) before I contacted customer service to ask if I could return these for the 12 oz cups and pay the difference. The girl I received a reply from was polite, however they would not accept the returns due to the pandemic and that I was stuck with them. I decided to give them a go but if you fill to the line it will leak in the car cup holder or your hands until you hand drunk a significant amount of the coffee. So they've sat on the shelf since. Very pretty, but utterly useless. I will never know if this problem could have been avoided with the 12 oz cups.
Love my Sttoke cup, for both hot & cold beverages – I’ve had my cup for about 10 months now, and I love it so much I’ve bought Stoke cups for a number of close friends. scratch, but still functions perfectly, so I have no complaints, as I take it everywhere, even interstate work trips. As others have mentioned, underneath the slider on the lid does get dirty, but it pops out for easy cleaning (instructions are on Sttoke’s website), & I put the lid through the dishwasher regularly, which has worked well. When I first got my cup not many baristas had seen one before, and they tended to overfill it causing foam to block the air hole in the lid, making it difficult to drink my coffee, and this still happens occasionally, but it simply requires taking a couple of sips before popping the lid on.

replacement lid, this is an expensive one. The paint rubs off quite easily and become visually unappealing. The warranty may or may not cover the bad paint job but once I read through the victim blaming in the FAQ decided it wasn't worth the grief. Husband just scratched off the rest of the paint with a paddle pop stick. And we've only ever hand washed it.
It's a pity as we love the shape and feel of the mug in our hands and we love how long it keeps something hot/cold.
I will seek out an alternative for future use. One that will be as robust and easy to use as promised.
Of average quality – Although it is unbreakable the interior ceramic chips easily and the coating/paint on the outside flakes off very easily. This began to occur mere weeks of using it. These mugs are not cheap and clearly not worth the price. At current price point I would not reccomend.

I tried to figure out where my package was while Aramex was being typical Aramex, so that was no use at all. The lid was scratched when I took it out of the packaging, and it doesn't fit properly on the mug so it leaks out the top while simultaneously not allowing you to take a normal size drink from it due to the tiny slit in the mouthpiece. Absolutely horrendous product that they've paid a lot of money to market as high end. Complete waste of money. Can't be put in the microwave or dishwasher, and it isn't even insulated to keep your drink hot or cold. Save your money and buy something that's actually good quality.

Beautiful cup - ineffective lid – Gorgeous cup, love the shape and colour and length of time it holds the heat of my drink. clipped back on after cleaning. It keeps my coffee hot for a good hour and a half - when I get really busy and cant drink coffee until after a phone call it’s nice to go back to a hot coffee. Just make sure you keep the slider closed at the top to maintain the heat. Nice to hang on to and looks good too.
