Never again – Spent 45min with customer service to change delivery date from Thursday to ANY OTHER DAY without avail. I have to be at hospital for a procedure on The Day they imposed their delivery date to me! They hide behind their processes that is testament to their lack of flexibility and respect for customers. If you are not there on delivery day they send the item of 48kilos to post office. Why would I have ordered with home delivery if I had a car to pick up item?? Since I cannot pick up items they will go back to sender and will never again will order with them again! Christine
