Subject 9 Australia would have to be one of the best aftermarket spare parts dealer out there for anything Mustang, Chris is the friendliest person and most professional I’ve ever dealt with, I’am current in the process of making my 2018 GT Mustang into a GT500, I live in Cairns so theres a lot of freight and everything is sent with care and priced accordingly, old fashion service that we all use to know, give Chris a call and he’ll answer is with a smile and steer you in the right direction, your an absolute legend Mate and I can’t wait to send through photos of the car when finished, thanks again Subject 9 Australia, Cheers.

Mustang 5.0 – I’ve been buying products for my FN mustang GT for many years from Subject 9 and will continue to do so as there products are of very good quality and great prices,the service and delivery times are exceptional,I recently had a problem with a product they supplied,not there fault at all and they were fantastic went I rang and spoke the them.sorted things out quickly and all fixed.the best company I’ve ever dealt with buying and modifying my car and I’ve dealt with a lot,well done subject 9 doing a fantastic job.
Shameful Service – Would give no stars if possible. I ordered a part for my car. it arrived promptly. It didn't fit my car. I reached out for support first by phone and with no response I tried txt. The response I got was they couldn't be bothered and the use of profanities to punctuate their no care attitude. I have the text. I returned the item and received more abuse. this guy called [Name Removed] I think sent a long text on how good he was, how long he had been in business and all these degrees yet couldn't help me with what turned out to be a simple fix when I ordered the parts from the manufacturer direct. Not only was it cheaper but the aftersales service was outstanding.
Blatent lie, Stephen maybe you should grow up instead of slandering a business because of your misguided and racist attitude. You purchased a Flow Designs product designed to fit a Flow Design splitter, not OEM, this was made perfectly clear but you couldn't accept that and demanded a solution. Irrespective the product was returned and refunded for what was clearly your mistake and not accepting the situation. You have continued to attack and slander on various social media channels which speaks volumes of the nasty person you are. You got a refund, get over it.
I'll add the product you purchased was at exactly the same price from Flow Designs directly and evidence was presented calling you out. Shame on you.

Way to go legend, feel better now? Despite seeing the shipping cost you still proceeded with the purchase and your item was refunded in full immediately, you're now barred from any future purchases. Clearly in checkout there is cost of shipping, we do not state anywhere on our website shipping is free across the baord, we have no control over Google as it doesn't sync with our shipping rates, many retailers have this same issue.
