After using their Eye Serum (AquaBoost 3D) for approximately two weeks, I developed severe dermatitis on my eye area. I discontinued use when symptoms first started. Fast forward to now and I’m extensively working on repairing my heavily damamged skin barrier on my eye area. It’s so painful, so dry, so itchy and I’m in shock everyday at how bad I was left looking.
I used their product and ended up with a cyst on my face I had to get surgically removed!
Poor Sukin customer service means damaged goods are not attentioned – Agree with comments made about customer service. I made an expensive purchase directly from Sukin and had the delivery turn up like they had packaged rubbish. Clearly 'Sarah' in customer service has been happily deleting my emails and posting reviews of her 'great customer service' on the Sukin website whilst having a chuckle that she is pretending to be of service when, in reality, Sukin customer service just does not exist. It's customer service like this that impacts the overall business. Sukin, like many businesses, need to focus on keeping their customers happy rather than post rubbish reviews on their own website. There are many other products on the market and I'd rather spend my money where I can get the product I paid for with customer service supporting my purchase.
Poor customer service standards, very slow delivery, difficult to contact, unresponsive to inquiries – MY SUGGESTION to anyone reading this is completely avoid dealing with Sukin directly. that my order will take between 5 and 6 business days to be shipped. In the world of online retail this is a very long time to dispatch an order. I emailed the company to ask if my items (needed urgently) could be expedited. The response was stonewalling (from the customer service agent who calls herself 'Team Lead, Customer orders' but who is a 'team' of just 1 person). Via email I asked if she could expedite my urger order - no response. Via email I asked to cancel the order order due to the long delay in dispatching the items - no response. No contact phone number is published on Sukin's website, but through my own detective work I found their phone number. I phoned the company and was told at 4.10pm that the 'Team Lead' had left for the day. I was also told she is the only person in customer service. So much for leading the team!! (Anyone wanting the phone contact number please message me directly.) Thankfully I paid for this order via PayPal. I contacted PP and opened a dispute. PayPal immediately refunded my payment and said they will pursue the refund from Sukin directly. So a happy ending in my case. Not so happy for other Sukin customers, judging by some the reviews here. My conclusions about Sukin are a poorly run, poorly organised, poorly staffed company. Delivery is glacially slow. Customer service is virtually non-existent. Very little attempt to actually help customers. Avoidant responses to inquiries (email only) and then ghosting. I think this company is really struggling since it went into receivership in April 2023 and was bought out by the former CEO. Since then they have inexplicably deleted some of their most popular and effective products (eg SPF30 Sheer Touch Facial Sunscreen). My advice is AVOID because life is too short for this sort of time-wasting stress with nothing to show for it. Sukin's 'new' management (since April 2023) really do not value their loyal customer base. I won't be buying Sukin again.
Bad customer service – Horrible customer service, I bought couples of products on Sunday 18 on Wednesday 21 I received an email saying apologies but order will take extra 10 business days. they response and say it wasn’t lack of stock it was a unexpected huge number of orders and my order in being processed so they cannot cancel, refund it, sending or anything because they don’t know where in the warehouse it is. So basically I will lose 80 dollars because I won’t be able to receive the products my family is no able to return because they don’t accept returns, and nothing. I feel so frustrated and furious because the order is no even send it yet so they could cancel it. My money didn’t take some many days for them to collect it. Since last email they refuse to replay anymore. So do yourself a favor and don’t buy it, customer service is horrible and they never solve or even give you options. Unexpected high amount of orders part of run a business is dealing with the unexpected and part of customer service is no to only explained the reason also solve the issue. They have many bad reviews from 2 years ago, so save time and money they haven’t improved it.
Contains Toxic Ingedient – We have been misled. ALL Sukin products contain Phenoxyethanol, a toxic substance restricted to a maximum of 1% in cosmetic products by governments worldwide and even banned in some countries. Sukin's marketing claims "No" to undesirable but unrestricted ingredients, yet includes this toxic compound. This is very dishonest marketing and a betrayal of customer trust.
Let down by packaging – I’m a qualified aromatherapist and don’t mind the content of these products, BUT, why on earth aren’t Sukin using easy peel labels? I’d like to repurpose the bottles before recycling them, but can’t, and even peeling off the labels in readiness for recycling is a mission. Come on, Sukin - the days of single use plastic bottles were over years ago.
Terrible smell – I ordered the sukin bergamot and patchouli body wash hoping for a botanical smell. Reading the ingredients when it arrived it doesn't contain either bergamot or patchouli! Their website attempts to list the ingredients on the back to show they are natural but the product still smells like chemicals. Show details

I don't know why people buy it – Every product from this company is a disaster. Shampoo and conditioner do not wash through the hair, shampoo takes forever to get rid of, white lumps in hair. hands, just to finish the product - same result. I simply can't be absorbed by the skin, smells like machine gas, obviously made from cheapest chemicals that can be found. Was a full, got the serum together with face creme. Still trying to use it, now on my legs, cause don't want my face skin. A friend of mine just through away everything she got, didn't want to put that on her face. I will never buy their products and I have no idea why they have high rating. It is the worst quality, and low price does not help. It is cheaper to use nothing rather than poison yourself.

I trust these products, they work well – Sukin products have always been good for my skin, and they are not expensive, so you can stock up. I have sensitive skin, these are the products I use most: daily moisturiser, night hydrating lotion, body wash, firming lotion. Good site and never a problem with them. Show details

Affordable beauty products! – I love how Sukin products are toxin free, made in Australia free, cruelty free & are very affordable. I use their moisturiser, night creme, natural deodorant & face masks. I will be recommending Sukin to family & friends.

Great products – I love sukin products. They have an amazing range. I have sensitive skin, and I have never had a reaction to anything they make. Everything I've tried has a lovely natural fragrance.
Love Sukin products-all leave my sensitive skin looking and feeling amazing! – I have for many years been buying Sukin products- the moisturisers, facial cleansers and super green scrubs are my favourites. Cruelty free beauty – Sukin has a range of excellent body and face skin care products. They are cruelty free and don't contain any nasty chemicals they are all natural. What's more they are very cheap compared to many other brands and are available at most chemists. My skin is quite sensitive and I have had no problems, best it's been in years.
