My order was not sent but something else was – On Friday 18 December 2020 I purchased 2 soccer balls. Hypertech size 1 and Signature size 5 from Summit Sport, online. Today, Tuesday 22 December 2020 a size 1 soccor ball arrived, but not what I ordered. Now I have this mess to deal with. I lodged a claim with PayPal to get a full refund. I have added an image of what arrived, and an image of what I actually paid for.

Update 1: I got a fast full refund. The second ball arrived, and I contacted them to pay for that ball. I am waiting on their response.
