my beloved yamaha xvs 400 – The boys at sumoto were fantastic, so mush more helpful than the other bike shops l visited. I cannot understand how they could have a bad review. Prompt, and more importantly great after sales care!!!!! keep up the good work.

Half assed, Unhelpful, Lacking in all departments. Steer clear for safety! – They kept my bike over the Christmas holidays when it was taken in for a service and there was no communication so I was left without a bike for more than 1 month and due to it being out of action I still had to pay my monthly installment even though I didn't have it! When I first got my bike from Sumoto not only did the bike feel shabby but parts were missing!

But boy were they quick to finance you!

I had to take my bike in 2 times because of problems, and it was a brand new bike!

They don't tell you much about the product you're buying, which I could've been a good help since the bike was a Lemon!

Thanks for nothing Sumoto!

Sumoto awsome – I just got a brand new kx250f from sumoto in a create there service was great dez and the boys there couldn't do enought for me and were more than patient wile I got my finance sorted only took a week to arrive in newcastle I'd defiantly buy from them again Service & price can't be beat
