Professional team, helpful on the phone and still backs up their system 6 years later – They have responded when we've called to ask questions, were always good with support and the install they did was meticulous. Thanks guys

Didn't connect us to the grid – I was told by the sales person and the manager and everyone that the solar would be hooked up and our meter was compatible, I thought that my still high power bills were due to the new government legislation, it was only when talking to Synergy that I was told they had no record of solar panels being put on our house and that out meter wasn't compatible, they are very happy to take your money, then afterwards it's a different story, so now after 18 months I have to fork out more money to change my meter and get it right. I will post how Sun Connect handles this, but I'm not overly happy right now
