Still haven't had Solar Panels fitted! – I initially requested a quote on 9/5/2021 and accepted a few days later as well as paying deposit. I then applied for interest free Government loan which was approved almost immediately. I was told system would be installed in approximately 2 weeks. Usually within 2 weeks or so. Then nothing happens again. I have been rung on 2 occasions about a month after anticipated fitting date has passed to advise they have not forgotten about me and will contact me to fit in the next 2 weeks. Another month has passed yet again and no contact again. I have been reluctant to leave a review but really don't know what else to do! We are now beginning the 6th month waiting with no arrangements in place. I know Covid would have put them way behind but they keep telling me they will have a team out to install. My Meter box is external and they are aware of this, so that will not be a hold up with access, but I have assured them I will be present if they need any other access.
