Terrible!!!! So not fly with this company! No option to buy more luggage before you fly, thy made me repack and still over charged me, told me one price then when I went to pay it would double the price! Scammers!!! I was booking a flight on Trip.com as I was trying to pay the site told me “the flights were no longer available, despite being 4 months away, the sight redirected me to alternative flights. I selected one that looked appropriate. Booked and paid, this was a Sun Phu Quoc flight. I realised after receiving the itinerary that the flights were the wrong times, they were middle of the night not late morning to afternoon like I thought I was booking. My error for not taking more time. I contacted Trip.com and was told the airlines policy was no refunds and no changes, but I can cancel and rebook at my cost. I asked for contact details of Sun Phu Quoc Airlines but the number for this company does not work from Australia and there is no email contact or any other way to speak to a human. So it looks like there is absolutely no way to alter our flights or get some form of refund. What a horrible company. My flights are 4 months away, Phu Quoc airlines have provided NOTHING for the money and want to just keep the money.
