Disappointed – I used my machine for the first time today. I attempted to bake a wholegrain loaf from a Lauke bread mix. I noticed that there wasn't a smaller size listed for this setting. teaspoons. I kept to the recipe and found the dough had risen so much that it had pushed the lid of the machine open. What a mess. This was just before the baking started. I took out the pan, removed some dough, cleaned up the considerable mess and put the pan back in onto bake. I will be interested to see how this turns out. Other reviewers have mentioned the lack of measuring quantities. I will convert to grams and millilitres.

Great little bread machine – This is my 3rd bread machine. I couldn’t get used to the large hole the paddles left in the bottom of the loaves and the very odd shape produced by the first 2 machines so thought this would suit. It does. suitable sized loaf (slices that will fit in a toaster) However, I’ve had three attempts with different settings so far and although they’ve been OK, they have all been dense and not browned on top. I will keep trying! Overall, a great little machine but it would have been great to have had a recipe book with pictures, tips/info and with ingredients by weight, not just volume.

machine (in the specific order for bread maker), selected 4 which is the gluten free setting and the bread machine took care of the rest. The prompts also gave an option to choose how toasted you would like your crust; I chose medium. Bread turned out very beautiful and fluffy on the inside and tasted amazing unlike some store bought ones. Machine also comes with a small little container on the lid for nuts and fruits which I am excited to try next time!

I really enjoy using my Breadmaker, to make Fruit loaf and Yoghurt – I have been using my Sunbeam Breadmaker to make Fruit Loaf and Yoghurt. It is very easy to use, I have not had any issue making my favourite Bread with it. Show reply

get more experimental and try multi grain breads. I would love more recipes too. Coeliac option for gluten free is a nice to have as well.

Let the smell of fresh bread fill your house! – This machine is very clever, it is so easy to use (combine the listed ingredients in the order it is listed into the mixing bowl) press a couple buttons and voila you get fresh bread with no added preservatives as it’s made with fresh ingredients! kneading dough by hand as I did so during covid! Since it is fresh bread, you would want to eat it fresh there are options for 2 different loaf sizes which means you can cater for a big/small family! The only downside is when you smell the bread as it is baking the condensation makes it hard to peer into the mixing bowl! Just have to be patient and wait until it is baked and ready!
