The worst ever – The design for battery is horrible. There is not enough room for 2 batteries. It almost broke after 2 times usage. Not powerfull. Wasted money. Hate it. I finally bought an ikea one for $3. It is really great. Show details
Simple little frother – I use it for frothing milk which has been heated the microwave, for coffee. Does a good job. No complaints. For the price, a good buy. Cheaper than a milk warmer/frother and whilst it does not achieve quite the same result, certainly good enough, to make my coffee frothy and extra nice. Show reply
Good product, bit delicate but great value for money – Quick and easy to use. Bought it for $12 from Myers. Putting in the batter is a bit tricky as the product is a bit delicate and I was afraid of breaking it by applying too much force. Overall am happy with it
great until casing breaks in two – liked the strong little motor - liked its battery portability - liked its sleek ergonomic feel but OMG what loser designer lacked engineering knowledge that much as to expect the 'side clips' to handle anything but the lightest of use. Not only do the press-in silver retaining 'bumps' (which hold the two casing halves together) flex & work the… Read more
corresponding black plastic 'ring' hole edges each time you change batteries, but these thin black plastic 'rings' on each side (which surround the silver retaining 'bumps') have to endure the constant strong pressure from the TWO AA battery-well springs!!! Result? you guessed it - the black plastic 'rings' that surround and grip the silver detent bumps simply cracks and falls off. First one side, then the other. Plastic engineering FAIL. Seems I have to use sticky tape on everything out of China even when it says "Made in China to Sunbeam's Specification" Some specification! Shame the thousands of sturdy little hi-speed motors go into bins early in their lives because of a lousy case designer! - talk about style over substance! Bottom line: if you don't mind eventually using sticky tape every time you change the batteries ....it's a little gem. strong little hi-speed battery powered motor casing halves depart due to insane clip design
Bad – Great and compact, but like I said before, Did not froth milk as well as a 'LittleWhipper' Frother from 'Avanti'. I bought this new model (Little Whipper) and it makes nicer froth. Would recommend 'Little Whipper' to any one. (Little Whipper also only cost $6) Easy to make delicious foamed milk beverages. GREAT for cappachino style coffe.… Read more
after about 4 months the actual frother part fell off, after many attempts to stick it back on I eventuly threw it out.

OK – We keep buying them despite their short life expectancy as they really don't have a competitor in the market. It is a shame that they don't build a more robust model that can be plugged into a mains outlet. Froths milk very well. Small and compact. Travels well. Because of being powered by batteries you can take it camping. Has a 12 month warranty… Read more
which you will need if using it a lot. It is only battery operated. While this seems convenient it really is a drain on the environment having to buy batteries and a nuisance recharging them all the time. We have bought 4 of these in the last 2 years as we use it daily and after about 4 - 6 months they break down.
Good – This is a compact tool and handy in any kitchen! I use it to froth milk which works better when the milk is a little warm. Making frappe's is easy too. Because it is battery operated, you can take it anywhere. However, the batteries seem to die fairly quickly and I have to replace them quite often. They need to make these with a cable to connect… Read more
to a power outlet or have the choice of using batteries. Overall, a good product for the lovers of cafe style drinks! Froths milk well and great for frappes Batteries don't last very long
