Great for sore lower back – I bought this pad to help with lower back pain. Specifically for when I woke up in the morning and was unable to move. This has been fantastic. It is very thin, easy to lie and sleep on and can also be molded over the pillow for when your neck is tight or your shoulder is in pain. I only ever use it on the lowest setting and takes almost no time to heat up. I use this frequently and am very pleased with this product.
