What does it mean when a T comes up on the display when you try and turn it on?

Hi there, I purchased this mixer a while ago and I’ve been having some water trapped inside of the chopper attachment (the lid of the chopping cup with blades) after putting in the dishwasher. I have tried to loosen the screw but the attachment still doesn’t come apart and I can’t get the water out of the lid. Just wondering if there is anything that I can do to drain the water trapped inside of the attachment?
Hi Rachel, If you leave it overnight sitting in boiling hot water & then remove & leave upside down to dry this should assist you. Thanks

Bought this yesterday. My question: Should the dots on housing of wand and motor line up perfectly? Mine do not. Can't twist any tighter. Hasnt 'clicked', but no visible gap between the two sections. Dots are not even mentioned in manual. So many complaints that this product doesnt last. Perhaps dots are important!
Its slightly does not line up. It has to twist and make click sound to know its connected
This SM9000 StickMaster is the 2nd one that I've replaced in as many years. The wand and handle won't separate. I don't want to replace the whole package (whisk, blades, jug etc.), just the wand and motor handle. I can only see Sunbeam SM7200 stand alone sticks. Are these compatible with the SM9000?
I live in Adelaide S.A. My Platinum Sunbeam Stickmaster just died. It's only 3 years old. Does anyone know where I can get it repaired. I don't have the receipt any longer.

Mine isn't working. It is turned on, the tilt is fine but it just won't spin with any attachments connected. I have checked the tilt and the connections (not the problem). There seems to be a small rattle sound from the top part but can't see any way to open it to see what's making the rattle.
Any ideas? Bought in May
Mine stopped spinning because the shaft had disintegrated, it also rattled but, that was because the shaft connection had literary broken into pieces. It was my second one unfortunately they are not built to last.
Hello Bac, It sounds like you have tried all trouble shooting ideas, please return it to your retailer for a replacement.
I use it a couple times a year averagely since purchased many years ago from Target department store. But today it is not working even the display shows perfectly and many parts still look very new. It definitely out of warranty time. Where can I take it to repair and what's the cost approximately? Pearl
