Love my Sunbury Nursery Furniture – I absolutely loved my Sunbury Nursery Furniture. It looks great and lasted really well for both my children. Now my children are in beds I even resold my cot and change table but have kept my chest of drawers.

3 month wait for a poor product – After waiting over 3 months for my items today one of them finally arrived. I assembly it to find Its scratched, dodgy paint work and even a chip of paint the size of a 20 cent coin has come off. I purchased this item as the price was good and they were an Australian company. On arrival I notice they are made in China so I'm not totally surprised by the condition of my product.

Great service, great product and great value – I purchased a complete nursery set up including a cot, drawers, change table and mattress. The sales person at the expo was lovely and informative and not pushy, which being pregnant I appreciated as my temper is quite short these days. I made payment and it was delivered to my door 3 weeks later. It was easy to assemble and looks amazing. Highly recommended and would definitely use again. Thanks Sunbury for making a big decision a bit easier.

bought a cot from them at Melbourne baby expo, scratches are all over the place – This cot was delivered to us yesterday, unfortunately, we are not satisfied with the condition of it. Scratches are all over the place, specially, at the 4 corners. we've also noticed more than 5 badly touch painted spots. its kind of disappointing to receive a product in this condition. Still waiting them to reply us email. Their phone 07 3847 3699 always busy, never got though.

Terrible – I wouldn't have so much of a problem replacing the rail clips which broke quite easily. The problem is the sales staff are a joke. I've been waiting OVER ONE MONTH after several emails and my credit card details, still NOTHING. am I suppost to do, go out and buy a new cot. Well, if I do it certainly won't be from Sunbury again. Very Dissatisfied customer. When working it was good the rail clips break easily on the Ozzie cot and the sales staff replacement parts seem to be sleeping.
