attempts to resolve are unacceptable, don't know if it is sungen or fronius, I also realise that crap happens and I believe that it is not what happens that is important, more that it is how it is dealt with. I guess time will tell however I am feeling somewhat abandoned.

I am now on my third fronius inverter, the first replacement lasted about one month before faulting and the second replacement has been working well for a while now so here's hoping. I have to reiterate, sungen's response has been and still is absolutely excellent.

happens that is important, more that it is how it is dealt with. I guess time will tell however I am feeling somewhat abandoned.

Happy or not to be – Be careful what you wish for and do research. Any brand solar panels a good today but tomorrow its like playing Russian roulette? a a a a a a a  Show 2 replies

is still only a phone call away whilst we battle with Origin to ensure we are paid for solar that goes back to the grid.. cannot recommend Sungen enough!

business for at least for the stated product warranty periods. The installation was very smooth. They were on time and cleaned up well when finished. Their work is very neat. The only thing negative that I could mention is that they had to turn my system off after testing it. Apparently I need to wait for a new solar meter from AGL so that my meter doesn't wind backwards if too much solar power is being produced.
