Sunjuice Solar

Stay away from Sunjuice solar – They changed my solar panels at the last minute without telling me One of their workers stole an expensive power tool batter out of my toolbox that was inside my garage. The inverter wasn't mounted properly and was banging on my wall in the wind. The power to my house cut out 2 days after install, they would not answer any of their contact numbers. I finally got onto them the following day and they told me that I'm not an electrician and I have no idea what I'm talking about. Their "expert" came out and checked everything and again told me that I'm not an expert and I don't know what I'm talking about. They then said its all fine and that if I have a problem, I should call the electricity supplier because it is definitely a grid problem. I called Ergon and they sent out an electrician straight away and he found the problem in 30 seconds. Sunjuice didn't tighten up any of the wires inside my fuse box and it put my family and my house at risk of being burnt to the ground. I sent them the video that the Ergon electrician sent me and Sunjuice came back out immediately and were very appologetic and offered to refund $250. But only if I took down these reviews of their bad behaviour and workmanship. The whole installation and the way I was treated is the worst I've seen.

Do not get Solar from Sunjuice Solar in Hervey Bay. You will regret it.
